The hotel is conveniently located about 10 to 15 mins walk across parklands from East Terrace in the city which is where most of the popular restaurants and cafes are. During our stay, the preparation for the V8 car races was ongoing and many of the roads were blocked off. But finding a detour was easy enough. The hotel has limited onsite parking but there are plenty of spaces in the quiet residential streets behind the hotel. The hotel’s reception also manages the Econo Lodge Hotel which is located across the street and has its own parking. We only stayed for 1 night and did not get to try the restaurant onsite. The rooms layouts were not exactly rectangular but they were big enough to accommodate a king and a single bed and a pull out bed from under the single bed. A good and unusual feature was a power point built into the bed side cabjnet which works well for those with a need to use CPAP machines or for charging devices. There was a study/work table in the room that is useful for business travellers.

Das Hotel selbst war fantastischclean, komfortabel, und das Personal war freundlich und professionell. Ich genossen wirklich meinen Aufenthalt in der Immobilie. Die Umgebung war jedoch am Wochenende sehr laut. Es gab viele betrunkene Menschen, schreien und machen viel Lärm, was die allgemeine Erfahrung beeinflusste, vor allem beim Versuch, zu ruhen. Wenn Sie hier bleiben planen, empfehle ich Ihnen, ein ruhigeres Zimmer zu beantragen oder für ein Wochenende Nachtlärm vorzubereiten.

Die Lage ist in der Nähe der Weinberge des Weinguts, die Umgebung ist nicht schlecht, die Gesamtheit ist nicht sehr groß, aber die Aufteilung ist sehr gut. Im Park gibt es Schafe, Ziegen, Hühner und Enten, die vom Besitzer aufgezogen werden. Der Gastgeber und die Tante sind sehr nett und sehr nett, der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und der Preis ist sehr hoch

Wir kamen in einem sehr heißen Tag und der Air-Con war schon auf, was ein großer Plus ist. Obwohl das Zimmer ziemlich grundlegende ist, ist es sehr sauber und das Bett komfortabel. Lage bei Nuriootpa ist zentrale für Besuch verschiedener Orte in Barossa.

No car park attached to hotel, have to drive to car park yourself or pay $55 for a chauffeur to drive it. Room service menu was fancy stuff from the downstairs restaurant. Nothing simple. Not even room service breakfast available. On the note of the restaurant downstairs this is where the “buffet” breakfast was and I use that term loosely. Shocking variety. Even have to do our own coffees right in a tiny corner of the the room. One coffee at a time while the line gets bigger. We have to get a special order for eggs because the scrambled eggs are just mush. At least the toaster worked. And the space fits maybe 20 which is fine for a B&B but not for a 16 floor hotel. We had to have breakfast at 8 to avoid the crowds waiting at 9 and later. In the room itself (we had a suite), there were light switches EVERYWHERE. And they were all so confusing as you couldn’t see what they said. Then the one in the bathroom you had to walk in and close the door to access it. No fan ventilation for showers. Bath mats being so thin gets immediately soaked after one shower. No face washers. Bench was too low for a bathroom. Hand towels way too low. The size of the bathroom was nice though and the shower pressure was good. TV remote didn’t work properly, could not find all amenities like coffee, tea, fridge even etc. No nice hotel guide folder to help us out. The “desk” was the tv cabinet when there was plenty of space in the lounge area to have a desk. Then we had a balcony with no chairs or table to sit at (can easily have some out there and bolt them down for safety). The temperature stuff don’t even get me started. Uncomfy beds and flat pillows. I ended up sleeping on the lounger as it was more comfortable. I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon. Wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great. The staff were nice though which was a nice change

It was a lovely 2-night stay in the Oceanview Twin Room. We were offered an upgrade for just $20 a day to enjoy a balcony, definitely worth it! Loved the location, so close to shops with plenty of food and drink options. The kids and I also had a great time relaxing in the heated pool and spa, even in the cold weather. .

Sehr gute Lage in Adelaide CBD. Komplimentarisches Frühstück und Zip-Tap im Lobby war bequem. Nur unten ist es keine Komplimentaren Hotelslips im Zimmer. Ich würde hier nochmal auf meinem nächsten Besuch in ADL bleiben.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich gut (auch teuer) in einer tollen Lage. Das Dekor kann zu alt beginnen, aber es ist noch nicht zu schlecht, und ich liebe absolut die Layout, die das Badezimmer offen oder geschlossen. Das Luxusgefühl des Badezimmers nimmt schnell ab, wenn Sie in die Dusche gehen und warten 15 Minuten auf heißes Wasser, vor allem wenn das Wasser durch eine alternde Wassersparen Dusche Kopf, die wahrscheinlich während der Vorheriger Golfkrieg. Ich habe während Fringe besucht, so waren die Straßen laut, aber das Hotel ist genau in der Dicke, wenn es deine Sache ist (es war meine Sache). Ich war beeindruckt, wie der Lärm von außen mit dem Balkon und den inneren Fenstern vernünftig gesenkt werden kann. Ich war weniger beeindruckt von dem kleinen Zeichen, dass sie sich um die Umwelt kümmern, was eine Art Pflege war, die nicht auf die Bereitstellung eines Recycling-Bin ausgedehnt scheint, was ziemlich widersprüchlich scheint. Es hat sich jedoch auch auf die eigentliche Kühlschrankspur für meine Ankunft ausgeweitet, obwohl es Minibar-Objekte in ihm hat! Eine sehr seltsame Regelung, denn es macht die Minibar unbrauchbar, bis der Kühlschrank auf Temperatur gebracht werden kann. Aber insgesamt hatte ich einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Bett war komfortabel, das Personal war freundlich und die Lage war ausgezeichnet.

Smelly rooms. Towels looked grey. The air-conditioning exhaust fan is connected directly to the hallway and makes it unbearably hot once walking out of our unit. This terrible design also renders the air-conditioning inside the room ineffective when the hot air being pumped out eventually seeps though the gap between the door and the walls/floor mixing with the cooler air in the apartment. I have to commend the engineer who thought of this ingenious way to waste energy and torture hotel guests while the aforementioned guests were trying their best to do their part in saving sea turtles by sipping tepid drinks in their psuedo sauna rooms with paper straws which slowly melt into pulps, at the same time pondering what life choices they have made to deserve this. As a group of atheists, we couldn't help but reflect and repent. Hell does exist. It might be akin to staying in an apartment eqiuped with an infinite heating loop during the scorching summer of Adelaide. The A/C eventually failed completely in two out of three rooms during our second night of stay. We did not ask for help from the hotel staff as it's already 2am. After one long sleepless night, we rushed back to the Northern Hemisphere and accepted Jesus Christ as our only lord and saviour. Amen.

Located in the north of Adelaide is a 3 minute drive from the botanical gardens and approximately 25 minute walk. It's got good parking and is easy to get to. Old building with lots of history.
