The hotel is best located and the employees one of the mst courteous and best to help you out. One of the most best ambience that one can imagine. My wife and mother in law had the best of time and food at the hotel. Thnks to the restaurant and hotel ***ager for such best treatment.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness truly stood out during my visit. Throughout my stay, they consistently displayed a high level of professionalism and were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests i had. The hotel itself was well-maintained, and my room was comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Housekeeping did a commendable job in ensuring that the room was kept in top condition. However, one significant drawback was the hotel's location. While it offered a peaceful retreat, it was somewhat isolated from the main city attractions. This meant that i had to rely on taxis or public transportation to access popular tourist spots, which often resulted in longer commute times and additional expenses. Despite this inconvenience, i did appreciate the serene surroundings and the opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. If you're looking for a tranquil getaway and don't mind a bit of extra travel to reach the main attractions, this hotel might be a good choice. However, if you prefer easy access to the city's hotspots, you may want to consider a more centrally located option.

Hotellage ist sehr erstklassig & Zimmer sind auch sauber, aber es gibt eine Sicherheitsfrage, die ich gefunden habe. Fensterlock funktioniert nicht während meines Aufenthalts & mit Fenster kann jeder in Ihr Zimmer eintreten.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at emerald hotel. Rooms clean and modern. Management and staff all very friendly and helpful and always quick to respond to any queries or requests we had. We only ate breakfast at the hotel, but found the buffet good with different and varied selections each day.
