Hotel Villa Tulipanes

We had to leave a private rental suddenly for health and safety reasons (this is a story for the forums because the owner was very dishonest and kept our deposit and rent even though the place was grotesquely dirty and unsafe). At any rate, I booked this hotel for 2 nights as we wait for our new rental to be readied and I couldn’t have come to a more lovely, comfortable, clean and welcoming place. We were greeted by kind, friendly faces and shown to our room, having everything explained to us (such as where to find the Roku and how to open a slightly tricky lock). Spanish is the language spoken here but we were able to communicate well with the little Spanish I do have. The 2 bedroom, 4 bed, full kitchen, 2 bathroom suite is absolutely spotless and furnished with gleaming dark wood armours. It is light and airy with several fans and a air conditioner in the bedrooms. It’s obvious that the owners take pride in this property and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, even for long term. Entrance to the suite is via pretty courtyard and stairs, so one needs decent mobility. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. 😁
