"Das Hotel beinhaltete bei diesem Preis einen Frühstücksgutschein (den ich leider verpasst habe, da ich verschlafen habe). Beim Betreten des Hotels fiel mir die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung positiv auf, und es gab keine unangenehmen Gerüche. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch; das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber einer Einkaufsstraße, und man erreicht das Laternenfest und den Bahnhof Zigong schnell mit dem Taxi. Der einzige Nachteil war das extrem laute Kartenspiel nebenan in der Nacht. Ich kontaktierte die Rezeption nach 1 Uhr nachts um Hilfe, und die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich hilfsbereit und lösten das Problem umgehend und angemessen. Vielen Dank! 🙏🏻 Zigong ist toll und absolut empfehlenswert! Ich komme gerne wieder!"

"Das Hotel liegt recht abgelegen und die Umgebung ist karg, aber es ist neu eröffnet und die Sauberkeit ist akzeptabel. Der Grund für die negative Bewertung ist zweifach: Erstens, nachdem ich schon so viele Hotels über Ctrip gebucht hatte, wurde mir beim ersten Mal eine Kaution von 500 RMB berechnet, angeblich für Abrechnungszwecke. Zweitens, nachdem ich mich von der Höhenkrankheit in West-Sichuan erholt hatte und nach Zigong zurückgekehrt war, wollte ich Wäsche waschen, aber die Waschmaschine im Hotel kostete 45 RMB pro Stück! Mir blieb nichts anderes übrig, als meine schmutzige Wäsche wieder in meinen Koffer zu packen!"

"Dieses Hotel gehört zu den teuersten in Zigong, wobei sich die Preise während der Nationalfeiertage nahezu verdoppeln. Die Zimmerausstattung ist jedoch veraltet und unpraktisch, der Service mangelhaft und die Sauberkeit nur mittelmäßig. Nach mehreren Nächten war deutlich zu sehen, dass die Bettwäsche nicht gewechselt worden war, da sie alle gleich zerknittert war. Außerdem ist der Check-in erst nach 14 Uhr, der Check-out aber vor Mitternacht, und das Reinigungspersonal begann bereits gegen 11 Uhr morgens zu klopfen… Insgesamt bietet das Hotel ein sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich hatte zunächst gehofft, es wäre gut, da es von den Tourismusbehörden Zigongs empfohlen wurde und der Preis hoch war, wurde aber sehr enttäuscht."

"Die Lage ist hervorragend; die nach Süden ausgerichteten Zimmer mit Seeblick bieten eine wunderschöne Aussicht, und das Einkaufszentrum International City befindet sich direkt im Erdgeschoss, sodass Restaurants und andere Aktivitäten sehr bequem erreichbar sind. Die neuen Hoteleinrichtungen sind alle sehr sauber und riechen nicht nach Renovierung. Allerdings besteht Verbesserungspotenzial beim Service-Training."

"Wir sind extra aus Gong angereist, um das Laternenfest zu sehen. Die Rezeptionistin (005) war sehr freundlich und hat uns Zimmer 1207 zugewiesen. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, hervorragend schallisoliert und zentral gelegen. Die China Lantern World war mit dem Taxi schnell zu erreichen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall mit meiner Familie wiederkommen."

"Ich habe drei Gründe für meine Unzufriedenheit: 1. Der Check-in ist erst um 16:00 Uhr möglich, was später ist als in vielen anderen Hotels. Ich kam jedoch um 17:30 Uhr an und konnte trotzdem nicht einchecken. Das ist schlichtweg inakzeptabel. Die Begründung: VIP-Mitglieder können um 18:00 Uhr auschecken, aber mein Zimmer war noch nicht fertig! Wie bitte? Was hat meine Mitgliedschaft mit mir zu tun? Ich musste mit meinem Kind in der brütenden Hitze ohne Pause rausgehen und mir etwas zu essen besorgen, nur um dann im Dunkeln wieder loszuziehen. 2. Hotels im selben Gebäude, wie das All Seasons und das Vienna Hotel, sind nicht so teuer. Ich hatte mir eine bessere Ausstattung erhofft, aber es gibt keine Klimaanlage in den Fluren, insbesondere nicht im Frühstücksbereich – ein krasser Gegensatz zwischen heiß und kalt. Es ist nicht einmal so gut wie das Le Méridien Hotel, das ich für 200 RMB in Leshan gebucht habe. Ich habe Geld bezahlt und fühlte mich stattdessen beleidigt."

The family-friendly atmosphere is particularly well-developed, with a dedicated children's area and thoughtful family-friendly amenities, demonstrating the hotel's dedication to this aspect. The kids had a blast, and we were able to relax and unwind. The staff were warm and attentive, quickly bringing any extras we requested. The location is also excellent, very close to amusement parks, making it convenient for travel. It offers great value for money and is perfect for families with children. Overall, a perfect experience – a fantastic family trip! I would definitely choose this hotel again!"

The room was also excellent, clean and tidy, with a soft, comfortable bed. The room was fully equipped with amenities, including a TV, air conditioning, and kettle, all of which worked perfectly. The bathroom was also clean and odor-free. The breakfast was also very generous, offering a wide variety of breads, pastries, fruits, and drinks, and the food was delicious. The hotel was very quiet at night, completely undisturbed by outside noise, allowing for a good night's rest. Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel in every way and would stay here again."

"I've never stayed in such a horrible hotel. The photos look beautiful, but the reality is terrible. 1. The construction quality is questionable. The sofa is covered in dirt. The floor creaks. The windows don't seal properly and squeak when the wind blows at night. The only positive point is the powerful air conditioning, but the loud noise makes this a negative. It was really terrible. I originally booked 4 nights and moved to another hotel the next day. It was really scary."

The ground floor's front desk shares a lobby and elevators with the restaurant's banquet hall, making it quite noisy. Breakfast was just average, with not many varieties."

The only lack of is the choice of breakfast. Mostly Sichuan style and most of it are not suitable for my 9 years old son. "Zimmer Ausstattung: Ich habe das Silte gebucht und eigentlich im Dementia Family Hotel übernachtet, mit nur einer überdachten Brücke zwischen ihnen Als ich zuerst ankam, übernachtete ich im Sirt und die Ausstattung der Zimmer war im Wesentlichen gleich. Gesundheit: relativ sauber Umgebung: Unten gibt es viele Restaurants, was zum Essen sehr praktisch ist. Der dritte Stock, in dem wir wohnen, ist etwas laut. Ein weiterer Punkt, den ich bemängeln muss, ist, dass die Klimaanlage sehr laut ist, was den Schlaf die ganze Nacht über beeinträchtigt und die Helligkeit des Lichtbedienfelds nicht ausgeschaltet werden kann Für mich, die völlige Dunkelheit brauchen, ist es schwierig einzuschlafen."

"A huge contrast in my experience over the two nights. I arrived at 9:30pm and went to my room to find chaos on the corridor; other guests with no conscience or respect for others who think it is good to have groups of people in one room with the doors open between their adjoining rooms and televisions blaring and children running and screaming in the corridor with parents shouting after them, which continued until after 11:30pm. The breakfast was also exceptionally busy and noisy. However when I returned to the hotel later in the day the majority of people had gone and the hotel took on a completely different feel. It's rural location and large landscaped grounds helped to give it the serenity of which it was deserving. The staff worked incredibly hard to clean all of the rooms and yet still had time to bring small gifts to my room which I found when I returned. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the room was large and comfortable with a nice view of greenery. Great location for the dinosaurs and also easy to obtain a Didi to get to the centre of Zigong. . Also walking distance to the Qinglong Reservoir which has a 13 mile circuit for cycling and annual half marathon running race."
