When my skin became dry and flaky, I asked if they could help me buy some lotion — and to my surprise, one of the staff members kindly offered his own personal lotion for me to use during my stay. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. On top of that, the food was quite decent, and they even offered free laundry and garment bags, which made everything so convenient.
