Sehr enttäuscht, um den Kaffeekauf, Restaurant, Champagne Bar und Piano Bar-Bereich alle auf unserem kürzlichen Besuch geschlossen zu finden. Wenn die Einrichtungen nicht verfügbar sind, sollte die Website des Hotels dies für potenzielle Gäste detailliert. Das Frühstück war schwach und müde und nicht viel für Vegetaristen usw. Nein, Eier, keine Tomaten. Keine Tee- oder Kaffee-Herstellungseinrichtungen in Ihrem Zimmer. Die Lage ist nicht schlecht, ein 6-7 Euro Fahrt nach der alten Stadt, aber Sie würden wahrscheinlich das Hotel nicht verlassen, wenn alle geförderten Einrichtungen offen waren.

Unser erstes Aufenthalt in einem NH Hotel und sehr enttäuschend. Ja, unsere Junior Suite war geräumig, alle Mitarbeiter haben das Hotel Kredite und die Lage war gut. Aber, der Ort ist seit Jahren nicht renoviert, alles scheint ausgeschaltet und datiert. - aus dem schwarzen Form im Badezimmer, dem roten Holz auf den Türen, Decken mit Wassersteinen usw. Das Grundstück Frühstücksraum wird durch ein dingiges Zimmer erreicht, das anscheinend zur Lagerung alter Setze verwendet wird. Sie fühlen, dass der Ort für einen gründlichen Wiederaufbau geschlossen werden sollte. Das Hotel hat nicht mehr seinen eigenen Park. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts war das Restaurant „unverfügbar“ - ein seltsames Zimmer von außen zugegriffen. Wie behält es vier Sterne ich nicht weiß. Wir haben die Tapas Bar verwendet und fanden es sehr vernünftig. Die Hotelrezeption ist auf einer Seite, wenn Sie das Hotel eingehen, so hat wenig Einfluss; wir wurden keine Informationen über das Hotel oder die Gegend, oder irgendeine Art von Willkommen angeboten. Wir haben bereits ein anderes Hotel NH für diese Reise reserviert. Wenn es nicht wesentlich besser ist, wird das unser letzter Aufenthalt mit dieser Gruppe sein.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The location was incredible - around 5 mins from ‘el tubo’ tonnes of amazing different local tapas restaurants. Room was comfy, clean, had a big door you could look out over the street Would come again :)

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, die Lage ist sehr gut, das Fenster ist der Fluss, der Untergeschoss ist die Kathedrale, neben dem großen Markt, das Rezeptionpersonal ist sehr enthusiastisch und erfüllt meine Bedürfnisse so weit wie möglich! Das empfohlene Restaurant ist sehr lecker! Das wirklich sehr wertvolle Hotel! Und das Hotelzimmer bietet eine sehr vollständige Lieferung! Ich denke, das ist die erste Wahl im Hotel in Saragsa! Neben ..... dem Parkplatz ist es sehr schwierig, es gibt keine Freunde im Fahrjahr von acht Jahren und zehn Jahren, die den Kopf schätzen! Die Sicherheit des Hotels ist auch sehr hoch! Das gesamte Aufenthaltsgefühl ist sehr gut!

Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte im Hotel, in einem Loftraum. Das Hotel wurde kürzlich in Innenräumen renoviert, und die Arbeiten waren noch im Mai 2023 auf der Fassade, aber wir erlebten keine Lärm oder andere Auswirkungen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr schön, mit einem großen Bad und großen Fenster mit einer ziemlich besetzten Straße. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Stadtzentrum und ca. 15 Minuten zum Hauptplatz und zum Fluss. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ihr Dach ist schön, aber es war zu viel Wind im Mai, um es wirklich zu genießen.

This is our second stay here. We use it as a stopover on our way back to UK from Spain. Its easy to get to on the outskirts of the city near the airport. It works for us as finding hotels with parking in a city can be challenging as we have a campervan that won’t fit in many underground car parks. Very stylish and comfortable. We think €110 a night for the room, free parking and breakfast is good value. We got that deal by booking directly with them rather than using a broker service. The place was wildly busy with loads of students but the hotel is so big, they were accommodated for their event and we really were not disturbed by them at all. Also at breakfast, we had been concerned that the volume of people would make breakfast difficult but we were fine. Our room was great. It had a coffee pod machine but be aware the cups were the tiniest I have ever seen. Fortunately we always travel with a travel kettle, coffee and an aeropress so could sort ourselves out. WiFi is very good and meant we could stream British channels as despite saying they have them, the only channels working were in Spanish or German. That was the only disappointment. I was very impressed to be able to order a bottle of Cava to take to the room and without asking they gave me the glasses and an ice bucket. Nice classy touch. It is near the airport but then if you book here, you know this and will certainly be travelling with earplugs!

Great location, just minutes from most of the major attractions, Restaurants and the Bus to/from Delicias Station is right outside. Entrance Foyer is very much like a Hotel. Good Gym, but Pool wasn't available as it was too cold, even though their website said it was. We had a large Apartment on the 1st floor. At first glance it looked really nice, but after a few minutes, you realised that it was of very poor quality - Kitchen was old, cheap Crockery (pyrex), pans with broken handles; you had to run the hot tap for over a minute before any hot water came out - a tremendous waste of resource, especially with a drought in the region. It took 2 days for someone to come and open the inroom safe for us. You have to ask for the basic of appliances - Kettle, Toaster, etc. Bathroom extractor fan did not work and there was no visible signs of a smoke detector either. There were works of some sort going on, but we weren't pre-warned of the noise. We complained several times to the Staff, but they didn't seem bothered. Even the Manager laughed at some of our issues. They did buy us some new pans - I can only imagine, that the 'spare' pans they did have for other Apartments were of the same poor quality, so they had to buy us new ones. Overall, a great location and the Apartment had a very comfortable bed - alas, the quality of the Apartment was very poor and nowhere near the expectations of a 4* establishment.

Ein hervorragendes Boutique-Hotel mit moderner und trendiger Atmosphäre, zentral gelegen. Die Ausstattung aus dem Bar-/Essenbereich und die Zimmer ist modern und sehr komfortabel, sowie weit über dem Durchschnitt für ein vernünftiges Hotel. Die zentrale Lage (nahe der Bahnhof) ist hervorragend für einen Spaziergang in das Stadtzentrum ( Alphonus 1 Ave). Viele große touristische Attraktionen befinden sich in der Nähe von Fußgängern und die Stadt selbst ist besetzt und interessant in der Nacht , mit zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten, darunter eine herrliche Kathedrale, Galerie und Gothic und Roman Ruinen. Die zahlreichen tapas Bars und andere Speisen, die über die zahlreichen alten Straßenlandschaften gestellt sind, sind wirklich großartig, aber nicht unentgeltlich sind das Geld wert. Zaragoza und das Hotel sind wert von Favoritismus als einige der besten in Spanien.

Das ist das freundlichste Hotel der Reise. Die alte Stadt Saragoza ist wirklich nicht groß. Das Hotel ist am Rande des Sanctian Square. Auf dem Balkon können Sie eine alte Kirche nebenan sehen. Es gibt einen schönen Markt 30 m entfernt. Die Lage ist unglaublich. Das Hotel ist schön, das Zimmer ist groß und die Einrichtungen sind neu. Der Preis für Kunstwerk im Halle ist sehr angenehm.

Very good for position and for travelling around Zaragoza. Busses pass many times during the day and even evening. Amazing customer service and Room. Amazing! Big, so comfortable, and an amazing bathroom. For breakfast you can find sweets and salad plates, nothing special but continental breakfast ok. Not all the staff speak English, but the Receptionst yes so you can have good conversations for your need. Suggested if you have to stay in Zaragoza just a few days.

Das ist das erste Mal, dass wir uns in diesem Hotel unterhalten. Obwohl es auf den ersten Blick ein verrückter Mann von der Stadt entfernt ist, ist es ideal, um ruhig zu sein. Der Junge, der im Rezeption war, hat uns sehr freundlich geholfen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Es war sehr gut ausgestattet. Ich war sehr überrascht über die Gegend, mit einem Tisch, zwei Stühlen, einem großen Kühlschrank und einem Kochbereich mit Mikrowelle, Vitrokeramik und einem Stapel. Andererseits ist das Bett sehr groß und komfortabel. Was den Schrank betrifft: Obwohl er ein bisschen klein aussieht, verfügt das Zimmer über viele Kisten, um Kleidung, Schuhe usw. zu speichern. Das einzige, was nur 3 Schalen zur Kleidung hatte. Und im Bad fand ich eine große Details, dass die Gel-, Schaum-, Handsap- und so weiter an der Wand gebunden waren. Eine große Schlagkraft. Wir werden es zweifellos wiederholen!

Came here for a family trip away and had the triple room, the room was big with a small balcony and massive bathroom that had good water pressure, The location is good few moments away from the main shopping street and I really liked the roof top gym with good views of the whole city, We will be back

What a really nice, quality hotel. Staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The rooms spacious and well equipped, plenty of towels. Breakfast buffet, great selection of fresh fayre. Parking is off site but close by and secure. It was a real pleasure to stay in this hotel.

Wir halten hier für eine Nacht auf der Route weiter südlich. Einfach zu finden, großzügige kostenlose Parkplätze, Schlafzimmer war sauber, geräumig und modern Personal waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Excellent Bar/Restaurant mit einer guten Auswahl an Nahrungsmitteln und Getränken zu sehr vernünftigen Preisen. Nicht ideal zum Stadtzentrum, aber perfekt für einen Aufenthalt im Flugzeug in/aus der Stadt oder in der Route im Auto

I have given this hotel an average rating because I did not get to stay here in the end and I don't want to affect their ratings badly. I am just writing to alert pet owners that this establishment only qualifies as pet-friendly if you have just one pet. I messaged to say we were travelling with two cats and had my booking accepted. Then they sent a form message saying their pet policy was only one per room. I queried it and they said there were no exceptions even if the pets concerned were two small cats. So someone with a giant Newfoundland or Great Dane can stay. But my one cat and one kitten (combined weight about 8kg) can't. It looks like a nice hotel, but apparently can't see how illogical their pet policy is. Owners of multiple pets, beware.
