Met Boutique Hotel

Such a beautiful hotel at city centre! Everything is spot on, smooth process from the booking to the check out. Very polite , helpful and professional staff. Price competitive and reasonable. Clean and modern decor. Good size of room. We did upgrade almost last minute and paid only 30 euro extra, parking available for additional charge but in terms that is located on the main square it is luxury to come that close with the car. Breakfast is just amazing and Mr Robert so attentive we did enjoy it this morning. We will be back for sure and I do recommended this hotel for everyone who is travelling to Zagreb and looking to stay central.

My wife and I checked in this hotel on Dec. 31st, stayed there 3 nights and were totally pleased in all possible aspects! Since we walked into the hotel there was no doubt we had made the very best choice in the beautiful city of Zagreb. It is almost brand new, the rooms are excellent and all premises cannot be cleaner, its location is the greatest, breakfast is incomparable, the bar and restaurant are top of the line, and “comfort” is the most appropriate synonym of Met Boutique Hotel. Moreover, the Front Desk attendants as well as all Staff members are outstanding, extremely professional, 100% pleasant at all times, exceptionally friendly, and everyone makes you feel just at home. My wife and I were so happy to have stayed there that decided to go back to it when we returned from Ljubljana and were there our last night in Zagreb. The room is perfect, with modern tech, amazing king bed, stunning bathroom, clean and the location next to trg Ban Jelačića plaza is ideal. Staff were really nice and helpful, and also just sweet, and breakfast was delicious. Worth the investment. Ps. Also parking is on site and google maps confuses you. Read the hotel's info on this, (I wish I did at first...) you can just drive over the tram tracks.

Great Hotel in the City Center, parking is in hotel almost in Main square, stuff is brilliant and easy to communicate, price is normal for 5 star hotel, definitely recommend this hotel, you will not regrets. Thank you once again for everything

El Hotel es muy céntrico; prácticamente está situado en el centro de la ciudad, a unos pocos pasos de la plaza de Ban Jelucic, con lo que estás a dos pasos de la ciudad antigua y también de la ciudad baja. El desayuno es también excelente. No obstante se aprecia aun una falta de rodaje, al ser el personal muy nuevo. Aunque hemos marcado un 10 sobre 10, pensamos que esta calificación se la merecerían si corrigieran algunos defectos: la zona de bar, al aire libre, no es adecuada para lo categoría y precio de este hotel; y el servicio de habitaciones es errático: de los cinco días que estuvimos alojados sólo uno de ellos pasaron por la tarde a ofrecernos unos bombones. Tampoco ofrecieron agua, salvo la noche de llegada. En el desayuno, uno de los días no ofrecieron la carta de platos calientes. Y algún día no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación hasta la tarde. En fin, serán cosas que se irán seguramente corrigiendo porque no son propias de un establecimiento de cinco estrellas y con un precio superior a los 300 euros por noche.
