Great service. You can call the onsen ryokan when you arrive Yufuin station, and they can arrange shuttle/car drive the ryokan. The service of the staff are professional and friendly. Our room was big, and they provide good and ergonomic pillows. The dinner and breakfast were great too! Freshly made with seasonal food. One of the best place I’ve ever stayed in!

As most commenters said, the facility and furniture are indeed with certain ages. Location is good and window outside view is fabulous. The staff are nice except one male reception staff is a bit severed, he insisted the breakfast last order is 8:00am as both dinner and breakfast are sets for each person and well prepared on the table before your scheduled time. It is too early compares to global standard especially for a family with a 5 years old child,we were trying to require for the later timeframe but he shaked his head with no further assistance,while by next morning I saw there was another table guests arrived after 8:20am but their meal is also well-prepared on the table awaits for them. The food is very Japanese local style,fresh and special with different spices,good for a try

看之前的評價說酒店有接送服務，到達前兩日提早 email 查詢卻沒有，結果還是自己用了由布院車站的行李運送服務！ Check in 時職員態度很好！只是因預訂房間時，就算入了一大一小的資料，不知道是 trip. com 的問題還是酒店問題，一泊二食也只能一係選擇沒有，一係就只能選2 大的價錢，沒有一大一小！只因只得2 大的選擇，酒店只預備2 大的牙刷梳洗！我看見酒店有給小孩的牙刷，詢問也說不可以換給我只因我預訂是 2 大！這點令我有點失望！他們是我是一大一小，其實一早預訂資料也可知道！去到時才說可幫我換一個兒童晚餐！當然價錢差很遠也不會退給我！晚餐在酒店的lobby 房內，負責送上食物都職員態度都很好！食物很不錯但驚喜不大！兒童餐很好！房間內有私湯，是我預訂的原因！室內的私湯沒有用，因有昆蟲我們都很怕！第二朝check out, 因會換另一間酒店，提出職員很好幫我們運送行李到車站，再預先付款了給職員拜托車站轉送了另一間酒店！好方便我們要一早出外遊玩！整體是不錯的！職員態度都很好！

Wie bei Youtube die Einführung gesehen, wird die ganze Person nach dem Eintritt in das Hotel ruhig bleiben. Die ganze Person wird sich entspannen, ein Paar Dienste zugewiesen, sehr intim, steinerne Fülle und lecker. Der offene Wind ist wirklich richtig, das Wetter ist gerade scharf, nicht im Garten gekommen, es lohnt sich einen Versuch. Ich hoffe, das Hotel wird diese hohe Qualitätssicherung beibehalten.

We chose this gorgeous Ryokan because after backpacking in Japan for a month we felt like a treat to end our trip. It was a beautiful place to reflect upon our adventures. We hired a car so that we could explore the region and go into town when ever we wanted to (it’s located approximately 3km out of town up a hill). We bought a bottle of wine and snacks in the local supermarket and enjoyed a glass each evening in the garden. Sadly we were unable to experience their restaurant as they had not seen our email requesting this; however we found a some cute restaurants and cafes ate there instead. The hot springs really were 🥵 but great for our aches. Highly recommend as a beautiful private place to reconnect with your loved ones. It would be an amazing place for a wedding as everyone would be together and the gardens are so tranquil.

1. a special dinner is only available as a package to choose Japanese style room. We booked it but at last we were told there was no other dinner except dinner buffet at the spot. This was extremely frustrated because we would not book this package if this is the case. 2. Japanese style room on the 2nd floor, outside which is a zinc metal cover, we suffered the dripping sound of heavy raining on the zinc metal cover. 3. only warm air ventilation, which was extremely uncomfortable unless you switched it off and open the window, which makes the dripping noise every greater. We cannot sleep all night.

Reasonable price for onsen hostel with 2 meals. Garden view from room was peaceful. Spacious room though the facilities were a bit old. Breakfast and dinner were included but just average.
