服務方面，前台接待小姐姐特別熱心親切，幫忙打印了資料，而且還有微波爐可以加熱東西，免費幫我升級了房型，住的房間空間很大。因為有事，申請了延遲退房，也很愉快的解決了。我入住時提出想要沒有煙味的房間，也幫我仔細查看了。總之前台服務特別好。 房間衞生方面，總體衞生是很不錯的，不過打掃得不是很細緻，被子上還有頭髮，有一個牙刷包應該是上一個顧客開了但是沒用完的，放在洗手枱上，我還以為是新的，差點用了。廁所和浴池都沒有異味，房間沒有煙味，空調也沒有異味，而且還有隔音窗，挺不錯的。 隔音效果好，雖然不是百分百隔音，但是門窗都已經很大程度上隔絕噪音了，晚上睡得很香。 酒店環境方面，有免費的健身器材在一樓，二樓還有公共休息區，是中式座椅，顯得很大氣。 下次來還會住這家酒店！
