Best Western Plus Heritage Rail Inn & Suites

This hotel was a breath of fresh air compared to others we've stayed in recently. The staff was friendly and courteous, the facility is well appointed, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The 4+ star reviews are all right! Thank you for such a great stay!

Perfectly decent motel, staff very friendly, room very clean, internet fast, bed decent, breakfast OK, the area is quiet without highway noise. But the price was crazy - over $200 after AAA discount! Look around, you probably can do better somewhere else but we had our dog with us and didn't have a lot of choice that night.

The check in with Kathy was absolutely amazing. Her attitude and energy just brightened our day and made our stay a touch better. The rooms are clean and the beds oh so comfortable. It was like staying in a 5 star hotel. Our family needed this little vacation and to relax, and Best Western Heritage Rail Trail made sure that was exactly what we got.

Comfortable stay overall and I would definitely stay there again. Bed was comfortable and the shower is an upgrade. Breakfast selection was amazing and very good. We did not use the pool or gym but they looked great. Check in was easy and the desk clerk helped us get the room we wanted.

Excellent service and professionalism. Room was modern and very clean. Enjoyed that it was pet friendly and my dog enjoyed his stay as well. Many nice walking areas for dogs on property and close by as well. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and will be staying again next year for my college alumni weekend!

Newer or newly remodeled location. Easy and fast check in, desk staff were friendly. Room clean and comfortable, entire hotel clean and modern. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, but the quality was better. Location is quiet and easy to get to. Mini market within walking distance, but little else. Overall a good location.

Everything about our stay was great and we were particularly impressed with the beautiful remodeling that was completed since our stay there in 2023. We also enjoyed the great variety of delicious breakfast items that were included free of additional charge.

Our stay with Best Western was excellent. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were excellent. We stayed there for 2 nights and will definitely go back. Great breakfast in the morning to start your day. Everything was great !!! We loved it there!

I came here, for the first time, in April. It was a last minute medical procedure and the hotel is the closest to the clinic/hospital. Due to a medical condition, I require certain specifics, (bed to floor height, door width, NAOS = Natural Area Open Space ... as the chair needs 4ft clearance to encompass the outside of the bed, for navigational purposes), which upon some readjustments, of playing musical rooms, I received. *smile* Free continental breakfast daily, and there's a rotation of types of eggs/shapes and meats. Cathy made it ALL happen. She made certain to get my care team and I settled, safely, and she made sure that I didn't feel as if my needs were cumbersome! She gave a rundown of the restaurants and attractions, which, (unless it's a 5 star, with a concierge), you will rarely find anyone doing that! So a massive thank you going out to her because some places truly make one feel as if they brought conditions upon themselves. But not Cathy! Seriously, she's a gem and an absolute asset to the realm of hospitality, fully embracing her God-given talents and qualifies. I have stayed twice, in less then 4 months. I will definitely be revisiting this hotel, when next, in the area.
