the hotel is good. the toilet room is relatively small. the breakfast is good.

The room was clean and nicely decorated, and the breakfast was delicious. It’s great value for just £14 per person to upgrade. My friends and I had a wonderful stay!

We booked a family room with 1 child, but when checking in they were not aware we had a child so the room was not prepared. The receptionist said they will send someone up to sort out the sofa bed. We didn’t mind as we will be out for dinner in the city, but when we got back to our room the sofa bed has still not been made. So off I went to the reception to ask another receptionist can they get the sofa bed made. Than this was done promptly but they didn’t bring the extra duvet or pillow. This part has let the hotel down on this occasion, we have not been offered anything free for the inconvenience. Also, if you arrived late in the evening, you will not be able to see the hotel, as they don’t have any light to the hotel name. The design of the room we are in is a bit odd, toilet is separate to the bath room and the toilet is so small you have to squeeze yourself in to be able to close the door. The only best thing that we encounter is the bed, very comfy and big.

Very good hotel, clean and friendly, highly recommended.
