Spät in der Nacht kam die Polizei unangekündigt in mein Zimmer, was sowohl für mich als auch für meinen Partner eine äußerst stressige und unangenehme Situation verursachte. Dies war nicht nur ein Eingriff in die Privatsphäre, sondern verursachte auch emotionale Belastungen. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt während der Buchung oder des Check-ins gab das Hotel einen Haftungsausschluss oder eine Warnung vor solchen Richtlinien ab, die Gäste betreffen könnten. Von einer globalen Marke wie Marriott erwartete ich Professionalität, Transparenz und Sorge um die Sicherheit und Würde der Gäste. Stattdessen fühlte ich mich getäuscht und nicht unterstützt. Wenn das Hotel von Einschränkungen weiß, die bestimmte Gäste betreffen könnten, sollte es dies vor der Buchung offenlegen und Reisende nicht mit solchen unangenehmen Überraschungen überhäufen. Ich werde hier nicht wieder übernachten und kann dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Klare Kommunikation und Respekt gegenüber den Gästen sind grundlegende Erwartungen, und leider hat dieses Hotel beides nicht erfüllt."

I appreciate their free room upgrades, courtesy and loyalty.. the Western breakfast was amazing...I would recommend the hotel to others again."
