"Die Lage ist super, direkt am Busbahnhof (iIl) für die Busse nach Almaty. Das Personal am Morgen war hilfsbereit und hat mir ein besseres Zimmer gegeben. Das Personal am Nachmittag war unkooperativ und behauptete, nicht über meine Datumsänderung informiert worden zu sein, obwohl Trip.com dies bestätigt und mir eine Rückerstattung gewährt hatte. Die Kommunikation mit den Buchungsportalen muss verbessert werden!"

"Das Hotel ist eine sehr gute Unterkunft, die Sie in der Nähe von Hotels und der Stadt beherbergen können. Es war unser erstes Tag in China und sie präsentierten uns in ihre lokale Küche und halfen uns an den Ort zu gewöhnen, uns um das schöne Stadtzentrum zu zeigen. Die Zimmer selbst waren schön und mit geräumigen Betten erhitzt, die über einen gut ausgestatteten Garten Privatsphäre hatten. Ich schlief für 12 Stunden insgesamt, sie waren so komfortabel! Dies war auch auf die späte Auscheckung von 2 Uhr, ein klares Plus! Das Hostel war sehr gut ausgestattet mit einer Küche, Waschmaschine, dekoriert Gemeindebereich und einem schönen Glasbibliothekraum mit vielen Büchern. Dieses Zimmer war einer meiner Lieblings- mit viel natürliches Licht und schöne Wärme für einen kalten Spaziergang! Das Hostel war gut gelegen mit einem Komfortladen ein paar Meter zu Fuß und touristische Attraktionen in der Nähe! Ich würde wirklich allen Reisenden empfehlen, insbesondere denen, deren erstes Mal in China ist! Yining und dieses Hostel und das Personal bietet so viel!"
