Ich hatte einen absolut wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, und die Wärme und Gastfreundschaft des Personals machte es wirklich eine unvergessliche Erfahrung. Eine besondere Erwähnung geht an Ying, und Wuping im heißen Frühling, deren außergewöhnliche Dienste und echte Pflege standen. Ying ging über und darüber hinaus, indem er seine persönlichen geschützten Fruchtsnacks mit meinem Sohn teilte, als er die Oranges nicht gefallen, eine bedenkliche Geste, die unsere Herzen berührte.
Zusätzlich war Mao Tong am Empfang unglaublich hilfreich bei der Organisation des Transports zum Bahnhof, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Reisepläne schwimmelos und stressfrei waren.
Das Hotel selbst ist fantastisch, aber es ist die freundliche und aufmerksame Person des Personals, das es getrennt. Deren warmen Service hat uns so willkommen gemacht, und wir können nicht warten, bis wir wieder zurückkommen. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and heartfelt stay!

Ich mag den Kundenservice Huahua, der Service ist Zu aufmerksam, die kleine Folge, das Kind hat aus Versehen das Getränk umgestoßen, Rezeption angerufen, schnelle Antwort bekommen, die Reinigung ist auch schnell erledigt, und der Kunde hat ein 5-Sterne-Lob! Ich übernachte oft in Hotels und das ist das erste Mal, dass ich eine so große Meinung habe! Die Hotelhardware ist wirklich gut! Auch Kinder lieben es! Aber das Frühstück ähnelt dem eines Hotels. Es gibt nur wenige Arten und die Qualität ist nicht anders. Der Check-in an der Rezeption dauert grundsätzlich 20 Minuten pro Person, und ich habe drei Fragen und weiß es nicht! Ich rief an der Rezeption an, um nach dem Kindermenü zu fragen, aber zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt teilte mir niemand mit, dass das Essen nicht geliefert werden könne. Die Kinder waren so hungrig, dass sie schreien mussten an der Tür des Restaurants betteln, um auf das Essen zu warten. Das Restaurant sagte, dass sie die Nachricht überhaupt nicht erhalten hätten! Die Rezeption ist mit dem Geschäft nicht vertraut und kann es nicht ohne Benachrichtigung der Gäste durchführen! Es ist wirklich frustrierend, einen solchen Service zu haben! Ein Hotel nur mit Hardware, eine Verschwendung
