I had a short but very enjoyable weekend stay here and if you’re looking for a hotel with great service, perfect location and classic luxury then you’ll enjoy staying here. The staff arranged a very effective airport transfer for me and checking in was a welcoming and delightful experience, with the staff throughout the hotel speaking great English. Despite my very early arrival I was grateful they were able to find me a room, helped I assume by the fact the hotel seemed very quiet throughout my visit. There’s two lifts serving the accommodation floors, which are painfully slow, but the glass design overlooking the bar area detract from this, and the ‘day of the week’ carpet changed daily is a luxury touch you don’t often see anymore. My room was on the top floor and a standard category. It was a luxury feeling room and I really liked the clean decor. All the amenities you could imagine were present and it would be really comfortable even for an extended stay. Electric sockets were at both sides of the bed, plenty of lighting options and effective air conditioning which wasn’t too loud. It was also possible to open the window. There was a fully stocked mini bar as well as complimentary bottled water. The bathroom was small with a shower rather than bath, but it was perfectly clean and again had all the small touches you’d want from a top end hotel. Housekeeping proactively checked the do not disturb sign during the day and did a great job even late into the afternoon, although on one occasion the water bottles weren’t restocked. The lounge and bar area on the ground floor is spacious and comfortable, but best of all is open 24 hours a day. They offer food and a wide range of drinks, with the friendly staff able to make recommendations and engaging in good conversation. It was never very busy during my stay but it was still a pleasant place to relax late in the evening and a perfect spot to catch up with some work. I found the location ideal, just a few steps from some key sights and surrounded by lovely restaurants and bars. With the hotel reception able to offer advice or arrange any form of transport there’s no need to feel cut off! There’s quite a bit of art to admire throughout the hotel and small displays on each floor, including a shoe polishing machine outside the lift which is a good touch. Checking out in the very early hours was a seamless experience and next time I’m in the city I’ll certainly be staying here again!

This hotel provides the charm of the Soviet Union with average service but great location. Enter a huge massive entrance hall where you might be wondering before you find the reception which is almost invisible in the far left corner. The rooms are rather big and well equipped, 4☆ for this latter part. During three days of my stay, the room didn't get looked after despite me setting the sign to clean, and although I haven't been in the room until after lunch. The pool is big, long lanes, and good to take a few rounds, the gym equipped with the basics; good enough to do some cardio and weights. The breakfast...cold scramble eggs, fat meat, oldish looking fruits, and so on, again aeeved in room that reminds me of the days before the wall fell, not something to enjoy every day. Rather book without and visit one of the nearby restaurants. Which leads me to the big, maybe only, plus: the hotel is very central and a lot of the places you want to visit are in walking distance.

Das Hotel liegt in bester Zentrumslage, weniger als fünf Minuten vom Platz der Republik entfernt. Zu Fuß erreichten wie alle Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Empfang war freundlich und professionell. Die von uns gebuchten Superior- Zimmer waren sehr groß und bestens ausgestattet. Eine Sitzecke mit Couchtisch, dazu ein Schreibtisch, ein großer Schrank. Das Bad war zweckmäßig und ausreichend groß. Alles sehr sauber, Mobiliar wirkte gepflegt, Zimmerservice täglich tadellos. Das Frühstück wurde leider erst ab 9 Uhr bis 11 Uhr angeboten. Von warmer herzhafter Küche, Käse, Wurst, Müsli, Obst bis zum Kuchen wurde alles geboten. Omelett wurde auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Das Hotel ist rundum empfehlenswert. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Das Hotel ist sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist ein bisschen klein und sagt, das Schlafzimmer ist etwas klein. Es gibt nicht viele Frühstückssorten, aber der Geschmack ist gut. Das Temperaturklima in der Blattblase ist ähnlich wie das frische Kräuter, so dass die Früchte sehr lecker sind. Das Hotel-Servicepersonal ist auch sehr enthusiastisch und hat keine kleinen Gebühren. Die Kaffeebar neben einem kleinen Teepool ist direkt zu zahlen, wenn sie die Rechnung abwickelt.

Ich liebe dieses Hotel. So nett und freundliches Personal. Großes armenisches Essen in einem Restaurant. Sehr komfortabele Betten und saubere Zimmer. Wenn ich wieder nach Jerevan gehe, werde ich definitiv im Grace Forum bleiben. Zwei Spa-Zimmer mit Hamam und Sauna.

Würde nicht zurück laufen Würde mehr für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel erwartet ! Wir reservierten eine Suite, die auf Erwartungen lebte Allerdings .... Meine Hauptklage..... Waren wir bei ca 2-30 pm und abgeschlossen Kreditkarten-Check und Formulare zu füllen und Pass-Checks alle innerhalb von wenigen Minuten ,wir waren bereit, in unser Zimmer zu kommen , aber ....no ..... Check in .. wir wurden gesagt, es war 3 pm , das Mädchen sagte es ist zu früh noch .... Wir mussten über die Lobby bis 2-58 Nicht beeindruckt... Dann der Kampf um einen Aufzug So gibt es nur 2 und die Reinigungs- und Wartungspersonal nutzen sie bis -3 es scheint, wo sie arbeiten von , wir waren Ebene 6 so , Es gab nur etwa jedes Mal einen Warten und Teilen Sie den Aufzug mit Reinigungspersonal (Erinnern Sie sich, das soll ein 5-Sterne-Hotel sein !) Im Allgemeinen gutes Zimmer neben der Beißung von Moskitos in unserer ersten Nacht, sauber und gut vorbereitet. Zweite Nacht gab es eine Art Party im Zimmer nahe um ca. 3 Uhr. Ich musste die Rezeption anrufen und fragen, ob die Sicherheit das aussortieren könnte, denke, sie haben so geschehen, wie der Lärm ging und wir schließlich wieder schlafen können.

First of all, we were told to pay for the entrance of a 10 months old baby to the pool, although everywhere, even in very high-class places, the entrance of children under 3 years old is free. After I showed my own inflatable little pool, where my baby was supposed to swim, the hotel administrator did us a ”favor”, saying that if the child does not take a place in the common pool with his own inflatable ring, then we can skip pay for him THIS TIME. As for the pool itself. I can’t say that this place is worth the money for the entrance, as it looks not very nice and clear. The sun loungers under the roof were all in use by the time we arrived, and we had to move the other sun loungers under the roof and sit on the edge of the seating area, from where, if we sat down carelessly, we could fall down the stairs. And finally a cafe. The food here is completely tasteless. The pizza seems to be cooked on Armenian bread “matnakash” with impossibly hot pepper. French fries are limp and bend like spaghetti. So also in the end they counted more than we ordered. Highly don’t recommend this place’s pool.

This is a great hotel in a great location. I'm a little inclined to rate less than five stars because I found breakfast a bit disappointing for a five star property but they made up for it in other ways so five it is. The location is excellent, right next to Republic Square and Northern Ave. I liked the building and the room was tastefully decorated and comfortable, though nothing that blew me away. I did like however how generous they were with room supplies. Always six bottles of quality drinking water, replenished every day, and at least two of everything for the bath supplies. They say it's the little things that make a difference, but that just gave a welcoming feeling and not a sense of cutting corners that is so common in many hotels these days. Nice welcome plate of fruits and little chocolates at evening turndown. Breakfast was exceptional in the sense that there was a high level of personalized service, with a waiter taking a la carte orders and providing hot drinks. And I have to say I've never had staff offer you beverages and cakes to take away with you after breakfast like they did here-- a really nice touch. That being said, I did not feel the breakfast offerings met my expectations- especially for vegetarians. There was one tiny bowl of salad (seemed more like a garnish) and a dish of plain undercooked boiled vegetables. I had much better salad and vegetable options at much less expensive four star hotels in Armenia. Even for meat and egg eaters, there really was not as much selection, neither on the buffet nor on the a la carte menu, as what I would expect from this caliber hotel and pricetag. And there was nothing special for foreign tastes (high end hotels often have additional offerings for Chinese/Indian etc.) The items I ordered from the menu were not great either. Maybe the egg dishes are better. Overall there is definitely lots of room for improvement in the breakfast- though the setting, views and service are great. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here and would rate the service, room and location five star and the breakfast four at best.

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum, Zimmer sauber gut, Frühstück ist eine wertvolle Wahl, Pool ist angenehm, aber, Personal im Hall ist eine Art von Willkommen, aber nicht nützlich, im Restaurant-Wächter überhaupt enttäuscht, nicht die Weinkarte kennen, fragte, ob es Halbtrockenwein gibt, sagte Essen, Aber sie brachten trocken, fragte weiß, brachte rot, in der Bar fragte, was sie schnell tun könnten, die Antwort - schauen Sie sich auf das Menü ... wie viel ist der Cappuccino wert, auch schauen Sie auf das Menü.. Es ist seltsam, es scheint zu versuchen, zu verdienen, aber irgendwie alles ohne Begeisterung, der allgemeine Eindruck ist positiv, aber der Service erreicht nicht das erwartete im Netzwerkhotel.
