"Hallo zusammen. Nah, ganz nah am Zentrum. Das ist ein großes Plus. Die Mädchen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und beantworteten alle Fragen: Was, wohin, wohin und wann gehen, kaufen, sehen. Wir bekamen morgens genug zu essen, genug bis zum späten Mittagessen. In der Nähe gibt es einen guten Speisesaal, günstig, mit großer Auswahl und Wein. Es gibt Warmwasser, Dusche, Hausschuhe, Kühlschrank, Haartrockner, Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen. Es war wenig Zeit im Zimmer, nur nachts. Dafür gibt es genügend Annehmlichkeiten."

"Очень понравилось расположение отеля,мы прилетели поздно,заселение было удобным, связь через вотсапп, все удобства присутствовали! До всех красивых мест очень близко,самый центр города! В последний день связались с хозяином и он предложил оставить вещи в их офисе до вечера,что было очень удобным,тк мы улетали поздно,а выселялись в 12, за это отдельное спасибо!"

"Leider erwies es sich als schwierig, dieses spezielle Hotel zu bewerten. Ja, die Lobby sieht gemütlich aus und die Rezeptionistin ist höflich. Bei der Ankunft meldete sie jedoch sofort ein gewisses „Problem mit den Rohren“ in meinem Zimmer (was, wie sich herausstellte, ein ziemlich verbreiteter Ausdruck ist) und bot an, auf ihre Kosten in ein anderes Hotel zu ziehen. Fairerweise muss man sagen, dass das Taxi auch von ihnen bezahlt wurde. Ich habe mich vor allem wegen der für mich günstigen Lage für das Yerevan Deluxe Hotel entschieden. Insbesondere ist die Komitas Avenue nur wenige Schritte entfernt, wo sich die gesamte Infrastruktur (Restaurants, Geschäfte usw.) befindet. Das neue Nairi-Hotel liegt separat zwischen einstöckigen Privathäusern an einem steilen Hang und bot trotz seiner 4 Sterne ein einfach schreckliches Zimmer. Auch wenn das natürlich eine ganz andere Geschichte ist..."

"Ausgezeichnete Lage direkt in der Nähe einer Reihe von großen Restaurants. Freundlicher und schneller Front Desk Service. Räumiger und sauberer Zimmer. Guter Wert für das Zentrum von Yerevan."

"Очень хорошая гостиница в самом центре Еревана, пешком можно дойти до всех главных достопримечательностей и ресторанов. Рядом куча магазинов и касс обмена валюты. Огромная удобная кровать. Отличные завтраки с хорошим выбором блюд. Не понравились лишь некоторые моменты: гостиница не выдает одноразовые тапочки, тапочками придется обеспечивать себя самостоятельно; также гостиница не обеспечивает набором для чистки зубов, щетку и пасту нужно либо брать с собой, либо в ближайшем магазине. Ещё хотелось бы, чтобы завтрак начинался не в 7:30, а в 7:00, потому что у местных турагентств есть экскурсии, которые начинаются очень рано, и поэтому в таких случаях надо позавтракать чуть пораньше. В последний день пребывания откуда-то появился неприятный запах канализации. Возможно, это было связано с тем, что в соседнем номере в этот день кто-то заселился. Было слышно через стену, как этот сосед громко разговаривал. Однозначно рекомендую эту гостиницу."

"Es war schön, bei der Eincheckung für warme Cookies ins Krankenhaus zu nehmen. Ich habe ein willkommenes Getränk, aber die Hauskochen sind die erste, so dass ich mich anders fühle. Es war sauber, das Bett war geräumig und schön. Es war ein bisschen, aber es war schön, das Fenster zu öffnen. Es ist nur ein Spa-Wandern auf der U-Bahn. Der Bus ist auch dreiwegig, also ist es sehr gut zu fahren. Der Spa ist frei, also ist es ok. Es gibt kein Bad, und es gibt nur eine Dampf sauna, also habe ich es gerade gesehen."

"I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay."

"Исторический отель, как Negresco в Ницце или Ritz в Париже. Десятки знаменательных людей, останавливающихся здесь. Очень уютно, тихо и размеренно. Небольшие, но очень комфортабельные номера. Приятное постельное белье. Шикарнейшие завтраки. Персонал выше всяких похвал- везде чувствуется забота и внимание. Локация- центральнее не придумаешь. Хочется возвращаться снова и снова."
