Es gibt eine Tür ständig im Wandraum mit Blick auf die Rohre. Das gesamte Design ist auf einem schmutzigen Scotch befestigt. Hi I stay in 3 night in Artsakh Hotel There are advantage and disadvantage for hotel Advantage: 1- Clean room 2- Breakfast is medium 3- facility in hotel is very good 4- room is big 5-staff in kind and helpful Disadvantage: 1- Far is downtown 2- First days just charge one water bottle and another days not charge /If you wanna water you most pay 300 Drams (perhaps my leader is confirm is. I don`t know) 3- If you wanna see city and go to central city you most take Taxi (Minimum 1500 Dram for GO and minimum 3000 for back) I recommended this hotel for cheap travel Please attention most hotel in Yerevan is very poor in service but this hotel is top for service

Upon arrival to Yerevan our driver was directed to an address other the one I had booked with close proximity to Republic Square. Landlord carried our luggage's up from back alley of a restaurant, metal door cement stairs, and showed us his unit trying to promote it. After long arguments we agreed to stay three days. This was my first visit to homeland and it took me time to recover from the shock. At noon and after we checked out, next landlord called to tell us the address is going to be other the one we had booked online too. At this point, it was clear this was organized online hack of system or bookings. I told the landlord we are heading to the booked address to meet us there. We had luggage's and it started to rain. I had to let my daughter watch the luggage's at Republic square and walk to the unit where the second booking was. Two security guards approached us took the phone and gave it back saying you have no booking here. Four hours back and forth with no place to stay and under the rain in foreign land with my husband shivering under the tree and daughter stunned at the unprofessional behavior's of the people who are supposed to be in hospitality business and me running around looking for a place to stay and at the point of giving up, our path crossed with Manager of National Hotel, Sophia. Suddenly, we were at the care of a professional in hotel management and hospitality expert. She matched the price we were going to pay and gave us a unit on the spot. National hotel staff were ready to help us with different services and we settled down at a great location with all the amenities a tourist requires resting and catching up with where we left off. Next think we know, we are on a tour bus, touring the whole city. We met all kinds of people who made a difference. Sophia was the first to remind us that she was there for us if we needed anything. Pleasant to talk to, showed empathy, was responsive to our needs in a way that we decided to stick around and go nowhere else during the term of our visit. Fortunately we were able to cancel our next booking as well which had all of a sudden dropped from the list of ***********. I will follow up and investigate this further but in the meantime I owe Sophia a big thank you. I thank God for this miracle. I recommend the National Hotel and you can depend on it's manager Sophia. You will not be disappointed. Also, don't trust online booking as pictures you see might not exist and alternative solutions might not be what you were promised in the first place. Not all hotels provide same standard of service. We were lucky to end up with one that has high standards to deliver and commi**ent to satisfy visitors. We are forever gratefull. Das Hotel ist im Jahr 2021 noch immer neu – Zimmer und gemeinsame Bereiche sind frisch, das Essen ist frisch und das Personal ist glücklich. Genießen Sie Panoramablick auf wunderschöne Armenien während der Fahrt eines Jetskis im Sevan-See war einer der besten Reiseerlebnisse meines Lebens! Ich habe auch eine Abendtour in Jerevan genommen. Es war Dienstag, aber die Stadt fühlte sich wie Freitag –sehr lebendig. Republik Square ist ein Kunstwerk, aber die Beobachtungsstelle ist mein persönlicher Favorit. Obwohl ich (mit Hilfe von ****n) viel während meiner 30-hour Reise in Jerevan gesehen habe, hat Armenien so viel mehr zu bieten. Ich kann nicht warten, um zurückzukommen!
