The property is good. We were denied check-in despite booking 2 rooms. The caretaker had no clue about the booking. I reached the hotel with my family and 2 kids. Imagine being denied check in. Then he agreed to give 1 room and the another room by evening. Only positive was mmt's support towards the refund as a sweet gesture. Despite being a good property, failure to abide simple booking process spoiled the entire experience. Free breakfast is mentioned in the app. But in reality the caretaker goes out and buys you food. No buffet. And you have to eat what he brings, of course you can tell him what you want, but the quality goes for a toss depending on the shop he buys the food from.
