Das Haus ist nach wie vor zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist gut , das Personal sehr freundlich , das Frühstück einfach - aber alles da was man braucht. Zimmer groß und zweckmäßig.

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß für eine Übernachtung und es war alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt (TV, WLAN, Schreibtisch), wenn man unterwegs einen Zwischenstopp einlegt. Das Zimmer war sauber. Obwohl an einer Ausfallstraße gelegen, war es recht ruhig.

This hotel which is actually a motel isn't a good representation of a BW property. It shouldn't be branded BW. It's obviously dated, and the rooms could use some work. The toilet itself was loose, the toilet handle was loose. Old lamps, holes in the walls, rusty hooks and a very uncomfortable mattress. There were some positives though, even though dated, the room was clean. Staff was very nice and breakfast is custom made and brought out hot and fresh. If this motel was branded Travelodge or Econolodge rating would be higher, but not what I'm used to at a BW.

Staff advised over phone that our room would be available for an early check-in. So, we left an event early. When we arrived at the stated check-in time, the room wasn’t ready (not yet cleaned) . We had to wait about two hours for room access. The room was very dated, and smelled musty. However, the breakfast was good. Overall, the staff seemed disorganized and not overly friendly.

What a surprise find! I don’t usually stay in chain motels unless for a specific location reason, which is why I chose this motel close to the ferry. And I couldn’t believe how terrific it was! The room itself was great, very clean and with comfortable beds and a great shower. But what put this motel over the top was the unexpected breakfast … not just the continental items for those who needed to grab and go for the ferry, but one that was hot, freshly cooked to order, and delicious! And I’m sorry I don’t know the name of the gentleman who was managing the front desk and the breakfast, but he was outstanding - very warm and friendly, attentive to every detail, and keeping things moving well. I don’t know if this particular Best Western might be indicative of the quality in the U.S., but I will now not hesitate to give them a try!

Incredible for a motel! For $150 USD, a super comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and cozy room, friendly staff, awesome shower, FRESH COOKED BREAKFAST, and excellent location for taking the ferry to and from Maine. Tiny bathroom and slightly discolored shower/tub stall were no problem at all. Can’t recommend this place highly enough for the ferry traveler!! Much better than Hampton Inn we stayed in in Halifax.

Dated motel used prior to getting on the ferry. Bathroom was in need of new fixtures and updates, towels were like sandpaper and the coffeemaker had old coffee grounds left in the tray. The stay served a purpose and was fine for that but for the amount and what we got, a little disappointed.

We were let down by our planned hotel and the excellent young man in the desk found us a room swiftly. Great service. A tad old fashioned but clean and roomy with breakfast included. Noise insulation not that great. Lovely outdoor heated pool- would be great for kids!
