"My stay in this hotel was catastrophic, not to say a real ARNAQUE. ​My room felt the urine that came from the evacuation pipe, the shower was closed and the air conditioning stopped at 2 a.m. I was stuck with the heat and I had to require a new room. ​ Since I had not sleeped well and my reservation ended at midnight, I reported this incident to the manager in the morning at 10h. She promised me to find a solution within 10 minutes. What a surprise was my discovery from the receptionist that the manager had actually asked them to wait for my card to be disabled on the midday to ask me to leave the places ! The hotel is very friendly and helpful and is very friendly and helpful."

"Thank you to the entire New Heaven Hotel team for a wonderful stay. It started with a lovely WhatsApp conversation. The reliable driver coping with road works expertly. The check in was easy and the whole team seemed to know that I was arriving. We had a little welcome card in our room for the international conference we were attending. The room was large, the AC powerful and the shower hot at all hours. It had views over the city . The restaurant offered wonderful local cuisine and the staff was friendly, bilingual and offered superb advice. This will be my go-to hotel in Yaoundé."

Djeuga Palace Hotel

"Was on medical conference at this hotel. It’s centrally located, decent breakfast but that’s about it. Shower pressure is pitiful. Had awful experience with the commercial manager. We were due to run a workshop in one of the rooms. We decided to set up but he came in barging telling us the room wasn’t booked for that day. He insinuated that we need to pay. We calmly asked him to speak to conference organiser, as we were just guests. The following day the keys weren’t available, started the workshop very late. Next day, again barges in shouting at my colleague that you only have the room for one day, despite telling us day before we had it for 2 days. Again said we hadn’t paid! At this point I’d had enough and yelled back, telling him to stop shouting and to get out of my sight. For a manager, I find his behaviour unacceptable and extremely rude. Needs to go on a few courses on hospitality management."

"Das Haus des Diebes. Hotelpersonal geht ohne Erlaubnis ins Zimmer und holt sich die Vermögenswerte. Das Hotel ist nicht nur entschuldigt, sondern hat auch zwei oder drei Negativ-Zusammenarbeit mit der Untersuchung aufgenommen, die Polizeiberichte ignoriert und hat sich in fünf Stunden verspätet und hochmütig betrügerische Zeugnisse liefert. Das ist ein Gesicht von Yawend."

"Es gibt viele Verbesserungen gegenüber meinem vorherigen Aufenthalt im Hotel Franco. Der Fitnessraum und das Schwimmbad verdienen mehr Aufmerksamkeit. Das Frühstück wird als Buffet serviert und umfasst eine Auswahl an exotischen und lokalen Gerichten, die von 06:00 bis 10:00 Uhr serviert werden. Schöner Ort."

"The staff is friendly, that's really the only positive point of this hotel. The exterior infrastructures have not been maintained for ages, which is a shame because the panorama is superb. Let's move on to the negatives: The wifi didn't work. It was impossible to get hot water, so I had to shower with cold water…. Finally I got up in the middle of the night and found that many guests were installed in the bathroom! A myriad of cockroaches were walking around the sink! In short: last time in this hotel which is a disaster!"
