Beach hizmetini kullandığımız işletme. Kumsalı küçük ama ailelere uygun, personeli ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Fiyat politikası bölgeye göre uygun diyebilirim. Yemekler lezzetliydi. Otopark sorunu var yalnız. Memnuniyetle günü geçireceğiniz Beach Club.

A very nice place for peaceful nights I loved it there can’t wait to go back and the staff are friendly and helpful and the view was incredible let us not forget the food and the beach 🏝 everything was amazing

What a horrible experience I encountered at this hotel. Upon arrival, I found out that our "seaview room" was facing buildings with only a sliver of water to be seen when stretching your neck off the balcony. Second, despite being "air conditioned," there was no A/C in either of the two bedrooms -- only in the living room. However, the worst issue was that our room was uphill. My friend has severe mobility issues, so I asked if there would be another room available that's not uphill. They said "no," so I explained to the receptionist (Gulshen) that my friend could not handle the climb and we would need to change hotels. Gulshen called the manager in front of me, who seemed sympathetic and said, "no worries, you won't be charged." I asked again whether any fees would be incurred was ensured that "no charges whatsoever would be encountered," so we moved to to a different hotel. However, last week I received my credit card statement, which included a charge for the full stay! I called them right away, but they would not connect me to the manager. I was told, "sorry, we have to charge you." Liars! Further, the policy listed on ******* said that only one night would be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. How can they justify charging more than that? After several attempts of calling and sending messages, I still have had no success. This hotel is a real scam. Yes, I should have paid more attention to some of the comments about bad experiences there, but I have always enjoyed great service through dozens of stays in Turkey over the years. I will definitely file a complaint with the Ministry of Tourism and Culture. And I will pursue this with American Express and *******. In the meantime, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this property.

I arrived at the hotel on the 2nd of September in the evening. When I came into the room 50 it was very dirty there, the toilet and shower were broken. The room was dirty, the floor was dirty too, towels stained with dirt. The bed was not clean and fresh. It was dusty. The receptionist tried very hard, was responsive and helpful and tried to take care of us. But, the room is in a terrible state.((( there is smell of the toilet in the room, the windows with a view on the booths with dogs and construction debris. there is no soundproofing (it is not possible to sleep, you can hear how the toilet is being flushed in the next room) there is no toothbrush and toothpaste .... Ужасный отель!!! Душевая комната сломана и туалет и душ ( зубную счету и расту предлагают купить в магазине Полотенца все в пятнах, Кравать грязная, звукоизоляции нет (слышно как смывают унитаз в соседнем номере) Везде грязь….. вид просто «потрясный» собаки под окном не дают спать всю ночь. И слышно как застенок пукают в туалете …..

Great stay, the best things about this hotel are the lovely attentive team headed by Gizem, and the cool beach vibe thanks to a great music selection. Food is great, rooms are clean and the views of the bay are fabulous.
