We came early as we drove from BC for a conference. We were concerned we were too early but the hotel staff were so accommodating and got us right in a room! Super friendly! The housekeeper even wrote us an encouragement note. The beds were so comfy I didn’t want to get up. Room was cool after a hot day out! It was quiet and relaxing! The pool was refreshing! They even opened it early so we could spend more time in it before check-out! The breakfast, I think, was the best continental breakfast I’ve ever had travelling. I’d definitely come back! I’m not sure why this place isn’t at least a 4.5 star. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ May the Lord bless you all

A little hidden jem in Yakima, Janie is beyond helpful, staff is friendly. The place is NOT a chain, it's new, super clean, unique. So glad we happened to find it. Very convenient access to freeways as well. If you are looking for a place in the area - this is it!

Outstanding Hotel, so nice it looks out of place for the neighborhood. Great room, wonderful check in experience. Biscuits and Sausage gravy were very filling. Down side, I like to go out for a walk after a long drive, not in this neighborhood. I am a USMC veteran and I even had second thoughts about walking down the street. Reminded me of downtown Seattle or Los Angeles.

If you value really clean, well-maintained hotel rooms, this hotel is great! It has a modern interior, exceptionally cool A/C, and a bed that offers a perfect blend of softness and firmness. While the breakfast options could use some enhancements, you can still make waffles or warm up their breakfast sandwiches/ burritos. The location isn’t ideal for walking, so having a car or bringing your own food is ideal. Overall, this hotel stands out as one of the better ones in this area but you will see some stragglers at the gas station nearby and there appears to be a lot of unfinished road work that looks like it's going to take years to complete. I'd really suggest staying in during the evenings or driving elsewhere for dinner. It’s quiet at night and conveniently located right off the exit for those just passing through.

While I would not call this a boutique hotel, it is a very nice place to stay. Clean, friendly and safe. A very nicely renovated motel with a nice pool and good breakfast. Love that it is locally owned and not a chain. Not in the greatest part of town, but very close to the interstate, and convienent to the rest of town. We would stay here again. We were very pleased.

I have been on the road living out of a suitcase for 35 of the last 45 days. This motel has been completely remodeled and is very nice and incredibly clean. The front desk staff is pleasant and professional. Like every other city in Washington State, Yakima has homeless people. I had no issues and felt very safe at Hotel Y. There were many other motels and hotels on the way to town that looked sketchy but not here.

Great friendly staff, great breakfast , rooms clean and pool inviting , water warm . Had some excitement watching helicopter putting out fires on the mountain which is our view all around !! They have chocolate chip cookies fresh for you as well !

This is an updated old school motel. The room was well configured and appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for our purposes, but probably out of the way for some. It was well occupied for a Wednesday night.

I Enjoyed staying at this hotel...the room was very clean with all basic amenities for a comfortable stay. Mary in housekeeping was warm, friendly and very helpful, Janie and Ken at the front desk were super helpful as well...Janie was very prompt to give me assistance when I went to her for help. Ken helped to put my bags in the cab when I was leaving. When you are in a strange new place it's the small things that matters ✨️ and the people that helps make your stay memorable in a POSITVE way. Thank you guys and may God bless you all and all your families!
