Yun xiang Holiday Hotel (Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport)

The hotel’s facilities and guest rooms are decent enough, yet its biggest downside is the on‑site SPA service. It misleads customers by promising a high‑quality spa experience upfront, only for the masseuse to later inform guests the actual service differs from what was advertised. This is deceptive conduct, so guests should exercise caution.

The hotel is well located and the receptionist is always with a smile on her face,I always come here :)

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and provides a free airport shuttle, which is very helpful for transit travelers. The service is excellent, and the staff were helpful during our short stay. However, cleanliness needs improvement as the room was quite dirty. It may not be suitable for guests who are particular about hygiene. For us, it was acceptable because we were only transiting and stayed for about 4 hours to rest before our next flight. If you just need a short rest near the airport, this hotel is okay for a brief stay, but not recommended for a long stay.

nice location , clean, friendly staffs, the most important is the free airport shuttle bus. Love it.

Hotel provide free shuttle bus ! Running 24hrs Also got a free room upgrade

Room was so cold, no AC ofc. So i wore my leggings and sweaters in bed. But still cold. There is no window which was scary. And toilet have a oiss strain... but its so cheap hotel so maybe i must be say no complain. I will suggest no long stay, if you waiting next flight like me and looking for only sleep it would be good. And there is only Best thing was they pick me from airport and drop me aswell.

Staff were helpful despite the language barrier, they were very kind when i used translate app to communicate. There was an unpleasent smell coming out of the toilet With the free airport service it only took 10 minutes to get to the airport. Also there was a convenience store right next to the hotel which is useful. Note: Make sure you bring a Chinese travel adapter for your chargers, the room had one but it was 80 yuan.

Comfortable, clean, bed with heater, i will repeat if i go again to zhengzhou

The hotel is very close to the Airport and provide facility for Airport drop and pick-up.
