Xinxuyang Express Hotel (Xinmin Agricultural Machinery Company Yiwu Shop)
"This was an extremely poor hotel stay experience. Having stayed in numerous hotels across the country, this was the first time I'd encountered such a situation. First, the room was incredibly cold. Being in Northeast China, there was neither heating nor underfloor heating. Because the room was quite large, and the air conditioning wasn't very effective, neither of us took off our outer clothing and just slept under the covers. The air conditioner was directly above my head, making a lot of noise; we had no choice but to cover our heads with the blankets to reduce the noise. It was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant night's sleep. The room facilities were very old. The bathroom sliding door was broken; we had to lift it by hand to move it. The soap and toothpaste provided were tiny, the slippers were as thin as paper, and all the wall switches were covered in stains. The toilet tank was broken; it wouldn't fill with water, so we had to fill it with the showerhead before flushing. The toilet paper dispenser was also broken. The sink drain was black and grimy. The water heaters in each room were individual 40-liter electric heaters, with a very small capacity; after one person showered, there was no hot water left for the next. The cords for the hairdryer and water heater were yellowed and covered in stains. The chairs in the room were stained, and the air conditioner vents were also covered in grime. The wardrobe had no doors and no clothes hangers were provided. The ceiling had multiple cracks, peeling paint, and water stains. All of the above is my personal experience and a true account, with photographic evidence. This is the deluxe double room I stayed in, costing 225 yuan a night. Where is the "deluxe" in this context? Does the business offer this level of service and facilities as justified at a price of over 200 yuan?"

Home Inn (Shenyang Xinmin Municipal Government Branch) ★★
"A newly opened store, the sanitation and equipment are very good, the air conditioner is the central air conditioner temperature is not high, the booked room temperature is a bit low, the beautiful lady at the front desk changed a room, the service is very good. If there are any shortcomings, it is that the mobile phone signal is not good, there is a 5G signal on the top floor, and there are 3 grids on the 3rd floor signal. Oh, by the way, the hotel parking lot is very large and can be charged, which is very convenient"
