We faced an emergency and had to evacuate the house we were sitting due to forest fires. After several unsuccessful attempts to find shelter, Ermindo from Vernisa came to our rescue. He not only welcomed us and the dog we were watching but also accommodated our late check-in at 1:00 AM. The room was spacious and had everything we needed: a comfy bed and a nice shower—perfect for unwinding after a stressful day. Also next morning, the two gentlemen at the reception (the managers?) were very helpful, providing information and offering a late check-out if needed. Fortunately, the fire was contained, and we were able to return to the house. A big thank you to the friendly staff at Vernisa Hotel: ¡Muchas gracias por su atención y ayuda! The hotel is well-located with a nearby dog park, which was great for our furry friend the next morning. Though we didn't have time to enjoy breakfast, it looked quite good from what we saw. Thanks for the help, and we wish you all the best!

la situación del hotel es excelente, muy céntrico y sin embargo es tranquilo y se puede dormir perfectamente sin ruidos, fuimos bien atendidos por la recepción y no indicó lugares donde tomar horchata y tomar buenos helados, el desayuno es en un bar anexo y no se incluye al hacer la reserva

Muy bien para 2 estrellas. Alojamiento céntrico en la ciudad de Xàtiva. Personal muy agradable y buen precio. Habitaciones amplias y limpias con baño completo dentro Desayuno correcto en mesa (no buffet) . Lo único el acceso al hotel: escaleras

Estupendo y céntrico hotel donde la amabilidad y buena disposición del personal para ayudar en lo que necesites, es su prioridad. Muy limpio y tranquilo. Lo recomiendo y si volvemos a esta bonita ciudad, repetiremos nuestra estancia en el.
