Silu Tiansi Hotel

Ich hatte zuvor ein Zimmer mit Badewanne gebucht, aber als ich zu spät ankam, nahm ich kein Bad, also kontaktierte ich im Voraus die Rezeption und wünschte mir ein ruhiges Nichtraucherzimmer. Die Rezeption empfahl es mir. Später kam ich im Hotel an und bekam ein Upgrade auf ein Executive-Zimmer. Logischerweise sollte es ziemlich gut sein. Aber! Man kann nur sagen, dass die gehobene Zimmerkategorie zu oberflächlich war. Das Glas war nicht dicht verschlossen und es war immer noch staubig. Es gibt auch streunende Hunde. Nachts war es so unruhig. Als ich darum bat, das Zimmer zu wechseln, sagte die Rezeption, dass die Organisation mehr als eine halbe Stunde dauern würde! Es ist jetzt 23:40 Uhr! Ich kam um 11 Uhr an! Der letzte Zimmertyp, in dem ich übernachtet habe, war der vorherige. Sonstiges: Abholservice vom Flughafen, ich bin 30 Minuten früher gelandet und habe den Fahrer angerufen, sobald ich gelandet bin. Er kam 20 Minuten später, aber ich musste 20 Minuten auf andere warten! Hygiene: Etwas schmutzig, Blumen sind etwas problematisch. Auch kein Obst. Rezeption: Nachdem ich das Zimmer gewechselt hatte, gab ich der Tante neben mir meine Zimmerkarte und bat sie, sie herunterzubringen. Ich ging um 23:45 Uhr duschen! Er klopfte ständig an die Tür und fragte mich, wo meine Schlüsselkarte sei! Ich war kurz davor, vor Wut zu explodieren, und ich musste mein Temperament unterdrücken, um es ihr erklären zu können. Was für ein Geisteszustand die ganze Nacht.

I had an okay time, the amenities where a bit off, the batteries didn’t work and it had a remote control toilet. It was very difficult to flush the toilet after use had to call room service to come fix it

Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

Very clean & well amenities, locates near airport. Quiet area, you can get a good rest, we do like their airport service, especially for our early flight.

Wow what can i say. This hotel is magnificent. As soon as you pull up to the Silu Tiansi Hotel you could see that it was going to be a good experience. Your luggage is collected outside whilst you check in at the beautiful reception. The staff were wonderful, especially one lady who was always smiling and very very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. We were given our room key and our luggage was taken to our room by a very polite gentleman. From the reception area to the rooms, this hotel is very clean, contemporary and remarkable. The room was also beautifully decorated and included a free mini bar. The shower is one of the most powerful showers I have ever used. They also have Dyson hairdryers which was a first. So my wife was happy. Our room included breakfast, but unfortunately due to our early flight we couldn't try it. But what we didn't know when booking, between 3 and 5 there was a buffet style snack area with drinks which was also included in the price. It was really nice after our long journey to have this included. The dining area was also very clean and contemporary. There is a restaurant on the hotel grounds which was fantastic. We ordered 5 dishes for 2 people thinking it would be small portions. They were 5 huge plates which were so delicious. We did finish them though after an hour of eating lol. After having a great night's sleep on the immaculately clean sheets we had to catch our flight at 5 am. Also included with this hotel is VIP transfers to the airport in a comfortable Mercedes people carrier. This would normally cost 70 yuan in a taxi. I have stayed in hotels all over the world. In London, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau, Spain and many other countries. I have to say this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in for value. It was 399 yuan for everything I have said above, which is amazing. If you need a hotel close to wuhan airport, I highly recommend you try this one. You won't be disappointed. Close to the airport and the hotel provides pickup and drop off service very convenience and the staff are very helpful. Room is modern and clean and full of latest technologies. Will surely come back to stay if transit in Wuhan.

호텔에서 제공하는 공항셔틀을 편하게 이용하였고, 이른시간 항공편이라 조식 포함 예약에 조식을 먹지 못하는 아쉬움이 있었는데 공항셔틀 이용 시 간단한 간식거리도 같이 챙겨주시는 등 세심했습니다.
