"The Hotel was ideally located to Rail Station, Shops & places of interest. Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was brilliant. Plenty of choice and freshly cooked. Hotel had Gym facilities, although I did not use them they were there. And most important it had Car Parking which is quite rare. Would certainly stay there again and recommend to others."

Premier Inn Worcester City Centre

"Arrived and the car park was closed for the cricket which nobody told us about, all we had was a slightly aggressive guy saying “ it’s not for the premier in and only for cricket fans”! Booked early check in from 11am, arrived at 12:30pm and the room still wasn’t ready. 20mins later, room was finally available and they still charged us the full £15 and no apology. Not a great start but gave them the benefit of doubt. Rooms are a bit grubby and seen better days, beds are comfy though. Skip to breakfast the next day, they completely ran out of hot food and the queue was out the door, waited 20ish mins for food at a buffet line and they honestly need more staff to handle the breakfast rush. All in all, terrible and would never stay here again. Premier inn has really gone downhill in my mind but the price has gone up."

"Was für eine wunderbare Suche. Das Personal ist freundlich und so gut dargestellt. Das Hotel ist gleichzeitig schön und gemütlich. In wunderbaren Erden gesetzt, es war eine reine Freude. Ich hatte das beste Schlafen. Ich schlafe nicht gut, wenn ich weg bin, ich wache frisch und bereit zu gehen. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, Abendessen gut mit perfekten Teilen vorgestellt. Frühstück war buffet und war nicht enttäuscht. Ich empfehle sehr, als ein einsames Mädchen, das ich allein essen muss, sicher und komfortabel zu fühlen. Ich werde sicher wieder besuchen, das nächste Mal wird der Spa auf meiner Tagesordnung stehen."
