The large on‑site car park is a big plus, and the rooms are comfortable and well looked after. What really makes the stay special is the exceptionally friendly, helpful host and staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Breakfast is excellent — fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared. I can highly recommend this hotel."

"Had to ask to change room as original one had a musty smell in it. Receptionist was very helpful and agreed about the smell but said it could be due to the cleaning chemicals. Hot night with only a desk fan and a window that only opened a tiny bit. But annoying that my daughter’s family room had air conditioning and we paid the same price. Shower curtain too short so had to be very careful or water came on the floor. Unhelpful and unfriendly staff in the restaurant said we might have to wait up to an hour for a table for breakfast (only three of us) as we hadn’t booked but there were loads of empty tables and one came free in a few minutes so she was just being awkward. Used to think Premier Inns were good value for money but not any more!"
