My stay at Beaumont House in Windermere was a truly unforgettable experience. The rooms were brilliant, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect blend of elegance and coziness. The service was amazing: staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. And the view? Simply unbelievable. Waking up to the sight of the serene Lake District landscape and the peaceful ambiance was nothing short of magical. Beaumont House is more than just a place to stay; it's a haven of comfort, excellent service, and breathtaking scenery. Highly recommended!

Beautifully decorated & spotlessly clean guest house. Bed super comfy. Continental or cooked breakfast available. Both have plenty choices & both very tasty. The super friendly & professional hosts, Simona & Sorin can't do enough for you. Can't fault it in any way. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Myself and my mum had a wonderful one night stay here. Simona made us feel very welcome from the first phone call for booking, which I recommend doing directly, to arriving and for the duration of the stay. The building is stunning, the stained glass windows and beautiful architecture kept in the period in which it should be. The room was beautiful and spotless, the beds are really comfy. There was a range of hot drinks and biscuits and ice cold water in the room. The shower products are beautiful, they smell divine ! The shower was lovely. Amazing continental breakfast, a range of cereals and fruit and yogurt plus toast. We requested twin beds downstairs which was all catered for. Perfect spot for Bowness and Windermere town, you can walk, about 15/20 minutes to Bowness or there is a bus down as well, 5 minutes into town where there are lots of eating places and shops etc. Made to feel so very welcome, Simon’s is really interesting lady so do stop to chat if she has time, would absolutely recommend staying here, they make you feel like friends not customers. I have already recommended to friends and family. Thank you so much.

It is not a 5 star Guest House . Not realising the check out was strict at 10:30 am We were treated very rudely by the house keeper who kept coming back after every 10 minutes and shout for us to vacate the room ( she still had 4 rooms to clean ) . We even offered to pay extra money to stay a little bit longer as we were in the middle of getting ready etc . I had to go down and confront the manager and the house keeper for her rude behaviour and had her argue with me again before just shrugging her shoulders and walking away .. very awkward and unpleasant experience .. Stay away ..

A very convenient and well run establishment situated between Windermere and Bowness. Lovely hosts offering first class service and food in a quiet area with parking close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a superb room with a very spacious en suite.
