Finding the motel was easy and very easy access into the large RV and truck parking area in the back of the hotel. Fast and friendly staff and the rooms are already cooled down or heated for you as you enter your room. Clean room and everything in working order. In walking distance to anything to about anything you might need. CHP and DMV office is across the street even. Quiet never had any problem staying at this motel with noise or thefts in the several years going to this motel.

The only real issue was we were woken up twice at 5:30am by people trying to get into our room. The hotel messed up and accidentally sold our room to another couple in error.

Cheap outdated motel not up to par with most Best Westerns. Outdated amenities in the room. Poor water pressure in the shower. Noisy room as one could hear snoring and TV from next door. People tail-gate partying in the parking area. Creep feeling to the whole nights stay. Would never stay again at this location .

The staff was very nice and help full. Beds were very comfortable.The rooms were very clean and well laid out.The city is a very small city but has everything you need Walmart tractor supply co. gas stations etc. I would highly recommend staying here.

Staff is great, breakfast is very good, but hotel itself is getting noticeably old. Room smelled of very strong disinfectant and it was too cold to air out the room. We stay at a lot of Best Westerns but we'll cross this one off our list.

Traveling through and stopped here for the night and to see the Pac12 championship on tv. The tv didn’t work, and the desk tried to fix it. They wouldn’t give us another room. Also the heat/ac control is contrary to operate, or it malfunctions. The wall thermostat was impossible.

The rooms were nice the breakfast was delicious, parking was adequate,was nice to be a stones throw away from Starbucks. Easy to find easy access to the freeway,Though the room rate was a little high it was the opening day of pheasant season so a lot of people were in the area so it was expected. Overall clean and a nice place to stay.

Visiting friends in Oregon is a long trip. We always stop at BW Willows as our “more than 1/2 way point. We get a terrific breakfast and head on in to Oregon. We arrive by 11am and enjoy a weekend. It’s a great and affordable relaxation point.

Clean enough room that could use some touch up in some areas. Certainly, no frills, but as expected. Good value for money. Breakfast area was clean, and the staff all seemed professional and helpful. I typically stay at two other hotel families in lieu of BW, so I might be a little jaded in what to expect, but this is a no frills place with comfortable beds and pretty quiet. I did look at the pool area and would likely not use it as it did have fine dust that settled across the bottom of the pool. This is likely due to the proximity of the interstate.
