Service was good staff very friendly, unfortunately we were not made aware of the food deal , when I asked a member of staff I was informed that there was a poster with the information, unfortunately this poster was on the right hand side of the wall where you open the door to the accommodation which when the door is open you cannot see the poster.

The staff really made this experience! friendly, attentive, happy and knowledgeable. The hotel was immaculately clean. Although every room was full, it was quiet. Excellent sleep! Good food and friendly service at Brewers Fare, right next door.

The dinner menu has improved a lot compared to recent visits. The breakfast was well stocked and the staff very attentive. The room was pleasant and clean. The person cleaning it remembered to do the things I asked for. The staff were very helpful with a missing toy after we had left.

All staff were extremely helpful n pleasant. Room was spacious & bed very comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to return. Breakfast was absolutely brilliant with plenty of choice. Cooked breakfast items were very hot. Ideally situated off the motorway.

We were travelling from Scotland down south and stayed here has it was halfway. Perfectly positioned. Clean has you would expect. The staff on reception were very very helpful.

What a find this was. Booked a self catering apartment but neighbour was abusive and we decided to leave. Driving around wondering where to stay then along came Will at Premier Inn to save the day. He organised 2 rooms and helped us through the booking system. Huge thanks Will, much appreciated

Friendly staff. Clean Room, Comfortable bed. Good choice of food in restaurant. No Aircon but Fans are available upon request. Would recommend this premier Inn.

The rooms are very clean, it's quiet, the staff are really helpful and there is plenty of free parking too. The room was very hot, the window only opens slightly for security ( i get that) but there was no air con, and the electric fan in the room was totally inadequate. Consequently we didn't sleep too well, if at all! The bed also seemed smaller than other premier inns that we have stayed at ( might have been a king size but didn't look it ) It wasn't value for money in the end, we paid nearly £100 for one night stay. ( don't know where these £49 rooms are??

Just wanted to thank Sarah who was on reception when myself and my two children were checking in. She was super helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. She also made my kids day by giving them bubbles and sweets which was a lovely touch.
