"In der Regel gut. Die Lage ist großartig, bequem und sehr einfach zu finden. Die Einrichtungen sind etwas alt, der Schwimmbad ist nicht geöffnet und wir sahen es mit Zement gefüllt. Der erste Stock ist nicht rauchendes Zimmer, aber der zweite Stock ist nicht, so dass wir Rest-Rauch-Gerüche stinken können, während wir im zweiten Stock im Zimmer leben. Das Zimmer ist sauber und ziemlich gereinigt, ich mag Shampoo und Körperwasch sind aus Dove, aber Haarkonditionierer ist nicht verfügbar. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach, nur Getreide, Toast, einige Schlangen, Milch und Orangensaft, auch eingefrorene Sandwiches im Kühlschrank, die von Ihnen selbst erwärmt werden müssen. Das Personal ist freundlich und freundlich."

"BAD During our stay, a power outage severely impacted nearly every aspect of the guest experience. Essential services and amenities that formed part of the accommodation purchase were unavailable for a significant portion of our stay. Specifically, we were without air conditioning, television service, Wi-Fi, room lighting, and bathroom lighting. Additionally, the gym, spa, pool facilities, and elevator service were completely unavailable. Throughout the outage, the hotel provided little to no communication regarding the situation, expected duration, or available alternatives. Poor communication. At checkout, I was advised that no refund would be provided."

"Chrysalis Inn and Spa is exactly what one envisions as the perfect experience in every way. We had the Full Bay water view room with fireplace and extra large window seat which really added to the ambiance. The bathroom slide away wall offered a water view even from the bathtub. Keenan’s on the Pier restaurant within the Inn was so convenient for room service with excellent menu. Walking distance to cute village of Fairhaven was fun for shopping and exercise as well as the boardwalk over the water out front of Inn. We’ll return again and again. "

"Loved this hotel! Was such a nice place to stay. We had an issue the first time we tried to stay here and ended up not being able to check in at all so i was very wary to try again but I'm glad I did. There was an issue with the hot water that they tried to tell us about but our phone was off the hook, when I brought it up the employee immediately apologized and fixed the problem. Which to me means a lot more than an inconvenience that is out of their control. My only complaint is that you have to eat the breakfast in the breakfast room, absolutely no take out besides coffee. Which doesn't work very well for our family and apparently many other people. It's especially strange because there is a sink, refrigerator and microwave in the room. I'm just happy we were in the same building as the breakfast."
