"I was little mistake for booking. ( one day earlier check in) So I try to cancel right after booking. I contacted trip.com and hotel but they NO! both say have to charge penalty (70-80.00?) No choice for me.. Everything fine but Hotels not organized. Room is not clean not quite and old smoking smells. Like one star motel not hotel."

"Loved this hotel! Was such a nice place to stay. We had an issue the first time we tried to stay here and ended up not being able to check in at all so i was very wary to try again but I'm glad I did. There was an issue with the hot water that they tried to tell us about but our phone was off the hook, when I brought it up the employee immediately apologized and fixed the problem. Which to me means a lot more than an inconvenience that is out of their control. My only complaint is that you have to eat the breakfast in the breakfast room, absolutely no take out besides coffee. Which doesn't work very well for our family and apparently many other people. It's especially strange because there is a sink, refrigerator and microwave in the room. I'm just happy we were in the same building as the breakfast."

"Chrysalis Inn and Spa is exactly what one envisions as the perfect experience in every way.  We had the Full Bay water view room with fireplace and extra large window seat which really added to the ambiance.  The bathroom slide away wall offered a water view even from the bathtub.  Keenan’s on the Pier restaurant within the Inn was so convenient for room service with excellent menu.  Walking distance to cute village of Fairhaven was fun for shopping and exercise as well as the boardwalk over the water out front of Inn.  We’ll return again and again. "

"At night, I saw a small bug in bed. The next day, my body was itchy all day, and there were red and hard bumps on my arms. The hotel looks clean, but I became like this after staying. It's terrible. The eggs for breakfast were so hard that I didn't dare to eat them. In a word, Never never never come again！！！"

"Room was not cleaned thoroughly.. old used soap on the floor in bathroom, food left on carpet, remote control so filthy with gunk, it just kept me focused on what else was left behind unnoticed.. Their focus was on why we didn’t consult with them immediately upon finding said items.. obviously we were there to have fun, only seeing things throughout our stay and after the fact..  front desk was as dismissive as management, wishing us a better stay in the future.. good luck with that."

"Wir hatten also niedrige Erwartungen wegen des Preises. Bei der Eincheckung bemerkten wir einen starken Zigarettengeräuch, aber das war erwartet. Die Hallen und der Aufzug riechen alle ziemlich schlecht, aber das Zimmer riecht gut. Die Wand am Fenster war mit Bootsdruck und eine Art dunkelfarbener Farbe am Grünbuch. Der Kühlschrank hatte gelbe Flüssigkeit überall getrocknet. Als ich auf Bettwäsche schaute, sah ich viele Farben und Schnitt in der Materie selbst, als ob sie mit einem Messer oder so etwas geschlagen worden wäre. Die Blätter und Kissen waren schmutzig, aber wir hatten einige Schlafsacken und Kissen in unserem Auto, die wir auf dem vollfertigen Bett verwendeten, so dass wir nicht die Linen betreffen mussten, während wir schliefen."
