Comfort Suites Denver North - Westminster

Booked a room on ******* total of $95. The room includes 2 queen beds, dining and an office table. IT includes a microwave and refrigerator. TV has cable channels too. There are convenient stores in the lobby. Buffet breakfast is also included. Beds are very comfortable and the room is clean. There's also a pool and business center which you can use the computer and printer free of charge. WIFI is also included. After a very tiring day on the road from Iowa to Colorado, It's a great thing we saw this hotel. A few hours after check-in, the front desk called to see if everything is okay. That's customer service.

Are used to stay here when it was a comfort inn and suites now that quality and took over they are going through a remodel new carpet new wood floors and it looks very nice inside the rooms beds are very comfortable the room is spacious has a separate little area with a pullout sleeper bed also has desk so you can do paperwork also has a refrigerator and a microwave in the room with a coffee potI stay here quite a bit when I travel at least once to twice a month and the staff is very helpful and friendly

I tend to be easy going on reviews, knowing quite well that everything will not be brand new. However what set the tone for this stay never got better. I was left a slightly used bottle of shampoo as an amenity, complete with the hair of the previous user. The condition of the parking lot, now 2 days after a small snowfall is a broken abyss of pavement covered in ice. It was not plowed Friday morning at all, or ever treated with melting agents. There is a school group here as well, and there was nothing done so non group guests could actually sit down and eat something. Not that i would actually eat anything but something sealed up in it's container after the shampoo thing. And if you would like some half and half for coffee, go up to the gas station, there is no half and half here, just non daily creamer. So for the 3 days I was here nothing was restocked either in my room, as in I'm out of toilet paper as well. This is not a one off thing, this is systematic poor management and cheapness, and I'm not happy about, which really makes me question the trust worthiness of this brand right now. I moved family to this area on this trip, and I will be coming back to Denver, but not to this Quality inn.

This hotel used to be decent, my last stay on July 31, 2020 found this hotel very dirty both inside and outside, rude counter help and rooms in need of repair. Stay away from this place! This hotel also try to charge my credit card $150 as a deposit that I would get back in 7 to 10 days, totally unacceptable.

First impressions, excellent. The breakfast is very good, plenty of parking. However, it went downhill from there. When I checked in I was not told the room is only cleaned every 3 days!!!! That’s right, no daily clean in the room, no clean towels, no bed made and no tea/coffee replenished. This is what you pay for!!! So after a long day out, we came back to the hotel to find our room had not been cleaned. The hotel is not providing the facilities you’ve paid for, which it advertises.

One night stay while traveling through CO. Arrived and the room was FILTHY. One of the beds had dirty sheets, and I called the front desk and asked for them to be changed. The front desk attendant advised that they were understaffed and she could not leave to change the sheets. She said I could come get fresh sheets to change myself - which I did. The restroom floor was also disgusting (dirty & hair all over). We left early and I reached out to Priceline to advise them of our stay. They advised that they could not issue the refund without the approval of the hotel. I called the hotel, and the manager Heidi agreed to a refund. When Priceline called to verify she was MIA. After a week of dealing with this, I called the hotel again and a RUDE lady by the name of Andrea answered and was adamant that Heidi said she never agreed to refund us. I further explained our hotel stay, and she was adamant that she would not agree to a refund. So here I am, advising that you DO NOT stay here unless you’re willing to sleep in dirty sheets, use nasty restrooms, and receive TERRIBLE customer service.

I understand that the pandemic was hard on the hospitality industry. But my room was NOT ready for occupation. When asking for a change of room I was informed that all the rooms were in the same condition and I was given lengthy explanations as to why. A Motel 6 would have been better. But, due to graduation celebrations that weekend, the chances of finding another room in the area were slim so I toughed it out. After getting home I made a complaint with Choice Hotels and received an offer for 1 free night's stay in one of their hotels, providing I sign up for their "rewards" program and use the points within the next 18 months. Since I'm not planning to travel again within that time frame, nor am I ready to become a loyal Choice customer and I do not feel rewarded in any sense, I was informed that I could further pursue a remedy via email. I did, including pictures of the room and its 50 some dirty, broken, damaged, and missing items that are standard in any hotel room. Like phone (missing), clock (missing), TV remote (missing), wastebasket (missing), coffee maker (missing), wash cloth (missing), bath mat (missing), carpet (stained), bathroom door (punctured), bed (worn out), pillows (very small and very lumpy), bare wires sticking out of the wall, etc.. It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard a thing. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel for at least this season. Maybe by next year they'll have gotten it in shape.

We checked out after about 3 hours. The pool was closed due to chlorine issues. Laundry facilities broken. We got to our rooms (we had 2 - one on 1st floor and one on 2nd floor), looked like someone had previously broke into both. White stains on the couches. Neither of us wanted to sleep in the beds. Hardly any toilet paper. 2nd floor smelled like **** and cigs. We left temporarily to go get food. As we were leaving there was 2 people in the lobby clearly tweaking on *****. Another 2 people right outside the doors clearing tweaking on ***** and laying on the ground. When we arrived back after dinner, there were homeless people around the cars and laying on the ground. When we got back inside, the room we had on the 1st floor was next to a back door that was propped open. We felt very unsafe, checked out and went to another hotel. The girl that checked us out refused to give us a receipt (the other hotels we stayed at gave us a receipt), so not sure why. We wanted documentation of when we left. This hotel really needs to reevaluate safety measures for the people staying there. Hire security! And please refund our money for the 2 rooms. Your manager doesn't call me back.

The room was so dirty. The walls has stains. The floors weren’t vacuumed. The tile in the bathroom and entrance was sticky. We had to add water to the back of the toilet or it wouldn’t flush. The tv and phone didn’t work. So disgusting. And we have a brand new baby. I didn’t want to put him down. The coffee pot had green stuff growing in it. All the tables and side tables had sticky stuff on them.
