SpringHill Suites Indianapolis Westfield

We were traveling for a volleyball tournament and needed a hotel for Saturday/Sunday. I had read an earlier comment that the hotel was very loud with the volleyball teams staying there. We did not have any problems with noise of any type. Check in and check out were very quick. The room had 5 USB ports for charging electronics along with the regular outlets that you could put a charger into. There was a mini fridge, coffee maker with coffee, and microwave. Beds/pillows were comfortable. Would stay again and will recommend to friends.

It is one of the best around Westfield area in indy, and the breakfast is fresh and tasty, I love this place a lot

The rooms are super nice and clean! They whole place itself was nice and clean and everyone at the front desk were super friendly! We will definitely stay there again if we come back!

I stayed here two nights in April 2024 for the solar eclipse. This hotel was in the path of totality and the weather forecast looked good. Overall, this was a five star stay! Pros: - I slept really well here. The room was quiet and the bedding was soft, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless too. - The staff were all kind and welcoming. I appreciated the additional eclipse glasses and brochure on the local eclipse events at check in. - Ample free parking. - The room had a coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, and a walk-in closet with extra pillows and blankets! The TV connects to YouTube and Netflix. - The hotel is located within walking distance of a Starbucks and Wendy's. There's plenty of other food options within a five minute drive too. Cons: - The only con was breakfast and I'm not even going to deduct a star for it. It only runs until 9 AM and I'm a bit of a late riser if I don't have to go in to work, so I missed it the first day. The coffee was completely out well before 9 AM when I did head down on day 2. The selection is average. Again, there's a Starbucks close by to make up the difference.

Close to everything without the big city traffic. We stay every 5 or 6 times a year. Always inviting and clean. Best rooms are on the back corner overlooking the pond. Great pool and workout area for short stay. Breakfast and bar are also added bonus. This is a hidden little gem away from the city! Book early because they sell out quickly.

We stayed here on the last night of a four week trip, and were very pleased with the accommodations. The facility is well-maintained, with the typical contemporary franchise ambiance. The check-in was welcoming and efficient; and the staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was clean, spacious and provided a comfortable respite for our final night of travel. The complimentary breakfast provided a nice selection of items from which to choose; and was a satisfying start to our last bit of driving. If one is seeking lodging in the area, this hotel is a solid option.

Great hotel!!! The staff was amazing, rooms larger than expected and very clean and modern. I highly recommend visiting the bar. The bartender Tracy did a great job and was great to talk with. This hotel is located out just a little, but we like that more than a hotel in a busy area. There are a lot of restaurants to choose from within a half of a mile to 3 miles and a Wendy’s close to hotels entrance. We will definitely stay here again!!

Again...stayed here. Hotel is still new and beautiful. A little off the beaten track on Route 31...about 12 miles north of Keystone Crossing ( the swanky shopping area). The rooms are not like the usual Springhills. Bathrooms are designed beautifully. It has a walk in closet which is helpful with shelves for your folded clothes, because there is absolutely not enough space in chest drawers. I was solo and didn't care that much. (That seems to be the case at all Springhill designs.) I liked the mobile key feature. No need to stop at the front desk. Breakfast was average. One thing though...it didn't appear hotel was that full. I stayed 2 nights. On the second day, my room had not been made up when I returned around 3PM. A bit disappointing. I do, however, recommend this hotel and will keep on staying there in the future.

Overall, this is a nice hotel. The suite was large, spacious, and clean. And the staff is great. But with that said, what is this new trend with bathroom doors that don’t lock? We find them incredibly annoying, and they make you feel very insecure while using the restroom because a child (or worse, their visiting friends) can unwittingly enter at any moment. And Springhill suites has taken this discomfort to an entirely new level with frosted glass doors. The frosted glass bathroom door is placed directly in front of the two beds in the room. You have to make a conscious effort not to look at it. And with the lighting coming from the wall behind the door, if you stand too close to it, friends and family can totally see your profile as you walk to the shower. these bathrooms almost intentionally rob you of your privacy, and it’s disgusting. It makes our kids very uncomfortable. also, the breakfast is really bad. The eggs didn’t taste done and the meat didn’t taste like meat at all. But the worst part of our stay was definitely that bathroom door.
