Love the location and what the resort offers. But be aware of getting assigned to an inside unit where the air conditioning unit is extremely loud and your air exchanges are full of pool fumes. There is a second floor at the resort but there is not an elevator to access it

Beware of going to the "timeshare update" with the offer of a free week. This is false advertising. The next week you get a shady offer of a getaway with a company that is not listed on the Better Business Bureau and charges fees to just get you "registered". Disappointed that people have to lie to sell their product.

We had a wonderful time at the Cove. The location is excellent. There is a lot to do around the Cove; A very nice restaurant, pool (both in and outdoors) and a hot tub. We were able to use our timeshare as our base and drive around to various activities around the cape. Overall we were very happy with our visit.

I've stayed here several times during the past two years. It's a nice, quiet, Cape Cod getaway. I've always stayed in the townhomes, so I can't speak to the smaller units. The townhomes are very nice, with all the basics, minus the kitchen. The resort amenities are excellent, especially the fitness center. There is a bar/restaurant, with live music (outdoors when the weather permits). I would definitely recommend this property to others visiting the area.

This was our second trip to The Cove at Yarmouth. It’s a great resort with all kinds of activities and amenities. The resort is clean and well kept. Both times that we’ve gone were the week after Labor Day. This was on purpose as that is when the “season” is over, the crowds are gone, but the weather is still really nice. You can easily get to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard on a pleasant ferry ride and dine at one of many wonderful restaurants in Yarmouth and Hyannis. The only downside of going in the off season is the main restaurant at the resort called the Loft is only open on Friday and Saturday. I only bring this up as it is a great place, with good food, service and bar tenders. Plus they always have a smokin hot band from the region. There is another on-site restaurant at the pool called the Loft Shack. It’s opened Wednesday through Sunday and has live music each of those nights. We have a lot of fun there and have plans to be back there next year the same time. We plan on making this an annual event . Yarmouth is a great location on the Cape. Highly recommend it

We have been to the Cove many times over the years and have always enjoyed it. Most impressive is the variety of recreational facilities. Recently a little used outdoor tennis court was replaced with a second outdoor pool. Tennis and pickleball players can use the three indoor courts in the sports center. This, coupled with the nicest indoor pool we've seen anywhere, makes the facility appropriate for off-season visits, which is good because exchange units are rarely, if ever, available in the summer months. Only drawback, for those (like me) with bad knees is that first floor units are not usually available and there are no elevators. However, at our last visit, members of the maintenance staff cheerfully assisted us in unloading and loading our possessions. Visitors should be aware that local restrictions limit the kitchen to a small refrigerator and microwave (no stove). This is apparently to encourage use of local restaurants--which are numerous and good.

No view to speak of and the place reeked of seafood in the internal areas. It was clean but a bit old and I thought expensive for lower cape. The poolside karaoke was... a bit frightful, and we are out wasn't game to eat in. But not a lot better right in that area and 'townhouse' concept was good for three of us.

This resort definitely needs updating. The carpets are dark and the ones in the hallway are stained. We had a one bedroom condo overlooking the indoor pool. There was a sliding glass door but no balcony. You could hear the noise from the pool. There are no windows to the outside so the condo is dark. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. The fridge opening is against the wall making it difficult to reach inside. The main restaurant is only open certain evenings - we never did find it. The location, however, was convenient to the airport (15 minutes) and surrounding towns and the resort was clean.

I enjoy the Cove because of it's convenient location on rt 28. The pools, restaurant, and music offered can be very enjoyable as well. Just be prepared for a lot of stairs. Our timeshare ALWAYS lands us on the second floor with a second full set of stairs to the loft bedroom. We slept on the pull put couch the last 2 nights because we just couldn't take it any more. We each have one especially bad knee and it is a challenge. I even have an HP plate, but can never get a first floor room. If The Cove would install a couple of elevators, I would be eternally grateful. We've vacationed there 5 of the past 6 years. Unfortunately, this will probably be our last. We just can't handle the stairs anymore.
