Great location! Cheap motel although very clean, only bummer was that the TV lost signal: in the summer.

Check in was terrible, manager was a liar, very argumentative, did not want to allow a Service Animal in when he already had someone else with a large pet staying in the facility two doors down. Their offer of breakfast was a lie, told us to go across the street to a restaurant, would not provide a second key.........just a miserable and rude individual!!! Facility was not worth half the rate charged!!!

The property decor is dated as well as the rooms but if you are looking for a clean room with a hot shower for a great price, this is the place. The staff was nice and I felt safe. What more can you ask for.

Very run down hotel. Rooms are very dated, not clean. Bathrooms had peeling paint and handwritten signs. Would not stay here again.

The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. It was very cozy and warm and fluffy. I was visiting Cape Cod for an event with my friends at the Riverview School and it was the alumni reunion. I really enjoyed it. The whole entire hotel room was clean and beautiful.

Stayed here for a one night getaway with my teenage daughter and friend. The location was central to everything we wanted to do, the beds were comfy, and hotel staff pleasant. However, there were a lot of things to be desired for a $230 a night. Only a black out current and no sheer so others can see directly in your room if you wanted to enjoy actual daylight in your room. No shampoo or conditioner provided (this is usually a given) just a bar of soap and moisturizer. The carpet was dirty and turned our feet/ socks black, and the refrigerator not clean. No complimentary breakfast or coffee as stated in reservation and page. The pool was just okay. They filled in the outdoor pool and made it into a parking lot. I would definitely choose another hotel with better amenities in the future for the price.

Very rude man on the phone when trying to book the hotel. I was just asking him about the amenities and he said I was looking at the wrong hotel. I was not looking at the wrong hotel and I telling him the website and what he was telling me match online. He finally rudely said "are you going to book or not?!" and before I could answer he said he had another call and hung up on me. I tried to call back and he hung up on me again. I did not book with this hotel after that experience. The website says breakfast, a restaurant and room service. There is no breakfast, no restaurant and room service is only every other day.

I was put on the first floor. I checked in late and both the front window and bathroom windows were open. The problem is the front windows didn’t lock. The carpet was crunchy when you walked on it. I barely slept because the noise above and the loud AC. Cars went up and down the parking lot at night. Not a place for a single female to be alone as I was scared.

I was here for just one night for a business trip. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. I wouldn’t bring my family here but for traveling solo it was fine. The property definitely is more of a motel than a hotel but met my needs and I would return.
