The hotel location is at right place with clear mountain view from balcony. The room is clean and service is fantastic. Best food was served during the breakfast as we had bf included ***** with room. Any food we ordered everything tasted the best. Best food, best location and service, it's just perfect to stay☺️☺️

Worst hotel. Worst staff attitude. Worst restaurant. Worst rooms. We stayed there for two nights, complete waste of money. They did not open the roof top terrace bar, even after requesting to open it. Restaurant staff behaviour very rude. We asked for tea in the evening and they said they cannot provide. Breakfast menu was completely waste of money. Room are old and shabby. Bathroom pathetic, u have to wait for 20-30 minutes to get got water. Unprofessional staff at the reception desk. There are very nice hotels just a few step away. This hotel does not accept booking from agoda. There is no fan in the room. Rooms are not maintained and look dull and shabby. Front desk staff very unprofessional. If anyone goes to pelling do not waste money by looking at the photos posted on web. Age old room doors and furniture inside

Except the initial hiccups, which was managed by the stuff responsibly, everything was awesome. Was an excellent stay. Food quality was top notch. Service was prompt. The view from the room was also excellent although we were not lucky to see the range because of cloudy weather.

Good hotel to stay, good service, staff behaviour is also good. Kitchen dining, food All good ...!!! Best hotel to stay in peiling.!!!!!!!!!!!! All Sight seen also near to this hotel. Must visit if you are traveling peiling and thinking to stay.

The hotel is really warm and nice. Staffs are amazing. Food is the best in pelling. Rooms were clean and spacious. Rates are quite affordable. Do visit this place with your family and friends. We really had a great time here. Every tourist attraction is nearby this hotel.

Excellent ambience, suite provided was too good. Few issues but negligible only with the amount of comfort given. People were courteous in attending to us. Quick in responding to queries and requests. Food was amazing, all the items served tasted really nice.

Visited on 4th October 24, with family to spend weekend. Room are clean, spacious with good ambience. Staff behaviour is very good with helping attitude. Foods at restaurant is good, complementary breakfast is awesome. Good place to hang out with family.

The stay was perfect. We stayed here for 2 days and on both days we had an amazing experience. The Vibe, courteous staff, superb chef prepared yummiest food for us. Rooms were very spacious, luxurious, neat and clean with an awesome view!!!!

I lived here for 3 days and 2 nights and overall experience was really great, Food is absolutely amazing here especially the breakfast spread with lots of good options. It's is not oily and feels like home made food. The room is really great, ambiance is awesome, hospitality is great and the staff is very good, The behaviour of every staff is very polite, and the room service is also very good. I asked for the candle light dinner and they planed a really great dinner with good atmosphere and service they made my first engagement anniversary memorable so Thank you so much for making our journey moment more special.. Thank you and it’s highly recommended to everyone….
