This hotel had mixed reviews on TripAdvisor, but I was generally pleasantly surprised about the facilities. I liked the room, microwave, fridge. I had a positive check-in experience, and I utilized the fitness room a few times. BUT - wow - one of the morning front desk agents (Thursday - 8:30 a.m. - June 29) was abysmal. The water machine in the fitness room wasn't working, so I went to the front desk for a bottle of water. She said I had to buy it. I said the refill machine in the fitness room wasn't working. She said I have to wait for maintenance to fix it. Really? As my Uber is arriving? I told her I did not receive my bottles of welcome water (as a choice hotels member) and she looked at me like I was lying. Sad. Begrudgingly, she gave me the water. Was it really worth it for her to make a MASSIVE deal out of it? Hope so. And our room was never cleaned, towels not replaced, waste baskets never emptied, even though I notified HER that morning that housekeeping was needed on Thursday. If I want wet towels and full trash bins, I can stay at my house! Again, sad.
