The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had just had our flight from Newark canceled late at night. We had no toiletries and they supplied tooth brush, paste, shaving necessities, etc at no charge. Highly recommend.

They charged my dad twice for a two-night stay. He's trying to get a hold of someone and nobody is answering. If he can't get anyone, we will go to corporate plus go on social media and warn everyone to stay away from this hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of organizing a group event and reserving a block of rooms. While the accommodations and facilities were acceptable, our overall experience with their group reservation and customer service left much to be desired. Our initial arrangement was to pay for the reserved rooms on behalf of our guests. However, to our dismay, the hotel charged our guests directly instead of billing us as agreed upon. This resulted in a significant inconvenience for both our guests and us. In our attempts to rectify the situation, we reached out to the group sales manager via calls and emails over the course of several months. Regrettably, our communications were met with silence, and our concerns were left unaddressed. As a result, we were left with no choice but to personally reimburse all our guests for the charges they incurred. This unexpected financial burden and the lack of cooperation from the group sales manager have been a source of frustration. I would caution anyone considering a group reservation to think twice. The hotel's customer service in handling group reservations is subpar, and the responsiveness of the sales manager appears to be lacking. While the accommodations may be suitable for individual stays, the handling of group reservations has left us questioning the competence and dedication of the sales manager. I sincerely hope that future guests will not encounter similar challenges when organizing events.

Astonishingly atrocious. Room consisted of two beds, a nightstand (no clock radio) and a TV . Just that. It looked like an oversized prison cell. There was a tiny "suite" area furnished with a beat up sofa and an office chair and desk. No dresser or shelves; no furniture, no place to put our clothes - unless you count a tiny hang up closet containing three men's suit hangers. So we stored underwear, shirts, sweaters, small things, on the floor. Several lights did not work. (eventually fixed). We requested housekeeping and although it was confirmed the service never showed up. The coffee shop was closed on December 25 - we asked the front desk and they replied "I don't know". Worse than everything were the beds - as you sat down, the mattress slid (scooted) away from you; dodgy and dangerous for old folk like us. Exceptionally uncomfortable beds. The public areas are decorated in somewhat "brutalist" style. This hotel is worth 2 stars tops.

I stayed from Oct 15 - 19, 2023. The hotel is only 5 years old and well built. However, management never never responded to my email or resolved any of my issues: 1. Internet dropped several times, cutting off my video calls. 2. Window blackout blind would only go up halfway and could not be rolled down properly. 3. Gym cycling machine and ellipticals were all broken. One of the ellipticals was off balance and nearly threw me to the floor. The hotel is also very noisy. One side of the hotel faces the freeway. The other side is across the street from the supermarket loading dock. You will hear the loud BEEP BEEP sounds from the grocery trucks as they work in the middle of the night (3 - 5 am).

Extremely disappointed to say the least. This hotel was one of the least accommodating hotels I have ever sleep at. First, we were there for a wedding and their computer system had “glitched” when we all first got a room, so a week before the wedding we all learned that our stay would literally DOUBLE! They have this “texting service” to use for your needs which is WORTHLESS. We asked them to clean our room twice (once the day before and once the day of) and they just didn’t do it. We had NO clean towels and we went down to the front desk and they said they don’t have clean towels because there are two weddings this weekend (which is NOT our problem). Later that day they proceeded to CALL OUR ROOM to tell us to put our garbage and dirty towels in the hallway so they can give us new towels. It was honestly so disgusting. THEN… we were getting ready in our hotel room and another family tried to get in, come to find out THEY DOUBLE BOOKED OUR ROOM. On another night we came back from the rehearsal dinner and our keys didn’t work. So we went down to the front desk to get new keys then went back up & THE NEW KEYS DIDNT WORK. So we went back down and told them again that our keys didn’t work and they proceeded to get angry with us that we kept coming down for new keys even though this wasn’t our fault. The building looks nice but it is actually in disarray. Our desk in our room was being held up by the chair underneath. The pool is TINY and it’s indoor, but it was cold. This was also unfortunate. Overall, rating this experience a 1/10 for the poor accommodations, poor communication, and poor infrastructure.

I stayed a few nights. When asking for a foam pillow, since I was getting an asthma allergy reaction to their pillows, I was told they didn't have any foam pillows in the hotel. I went out and bought some foam pillows. Upon writing the hotel about the experience, they told me they were feather-free and "hyper allergenic" (probably meant hypoallergenic, but hyper allergenic matches my experience). Based on the other reviews here, the hotel was a little too dusty for my allergies. The pillows felt like feathers so they might have been some feather alternative, but the new pillows helped my allergies.

This hotel had mixed reviews on TripAdvisor, but I was generally pleasantly surprised about the facilities. I liked the room, microwave, fridge. I had a positive check-in experience, and I utilized the fitness room a few times. BUT - wow - one of the morning front desk agents (Thursday - 8:30 a.m. - June 29) was abysmal. The water machine in the fitness room wasn't working, so I went to the front desk for a bottle of water. She said I had to buy it. I said the refill machine in the fitness room wasn't working. She said I have to wait for maintenance to fix it. Really? As my Uber is arriving? I told her I did not receive my bottles of welcome water (as a choice hotels member) and she looked at me like I was lying. Sad. Begrudgingly, she gave me the water. Was it really worth it for her to make a MASSIVE deal out of it? Hope so. And our room was never cleaned, towels not replaced, waste baskets never emptied, even though I notified HER that morning that housekeeping was needed on Thursday. If I want wet towels and full trash bins, I can stay at my house! Again, sad.

My friend and I arrived after midnight on the evening of our stay. Check in was fairly quick but everything went downhill from there. The door to the room we were given was not locked when we got to it. After a quick inspection to confirm no one was inside, we proceeded to bring in our luggage. I went to use the bathroom and noticed that the body wash container was empty. For context, there were three containers in the shower - one hair shampoo, one conditioner and one body wash (the containers were about 12 oz each). It was apparent that whoever was supposed to clean the room in prep for our arrival did not inspect to ensure there was body wash. The shower rod and the fixture that held the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were very rusty, something that probably could have been cleaned with a home remedy of vinegar and baking soda if not commercial grade cleaners - just further indication that no effort was made to maintain the accommodations. As I walked across the carpet it was evident it had not been vacuumed because crumbs from some colorful orange and green snack were strewn across the floor. Upon pulling back the blanket to inspect the mattresses, hair was revealed on one bed while the scent of someone’s body oils were noticeable on the other bed. When I contacted the front desk, I was told I would need to come downstairs to get body wash and housekeeping was available only upon request. Housekeeping was sent the next morning revealing further distressing news. The housekeeper reveled there were no mattress pads on the beds and that particular room was not supposed to be made available to guests and had not been cleaned in some time. Though I requested a reimbursement for the room charge, the manager was only willing to deduct $50 and give breakfast vouchers. Unacceptable! The room was not in any condition for use on that first night. Although the housekeeper cleaned on the second day, the fact that a filthy room was offered to guests at all, but even more so in a time when we just came out of a multi-year pandemic is an atrocity!
