I was able to check in early, deposit of $25 & got fresh cookies! No pool and hotel is old and needs a lot of work AC works great! La Curva restaurant attached to the side was amazing food is fresh and yummy also you can charge it to the room using ID

The room was nice, and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The facilities were good, including the Mexican restaurant on-site, which had excellent food.

Good hotel for the night!

Staff was overall fine and kind. No problem at all there. Our room was dirty, smelly (I sprayed air freshener on our carpeting throughout our stay) and gross. I didn't want to walk barefoot in the room bc the carpeting looked old, worn and had some stains. Mold in the shower. Dings and dents in the walls and furniture throughout. Part of the bathroom molding was hanging off. The air vent over my bed had a clothing security tag and a dust bunny blowing out every time the air came on. The gym: One of the 2 machine handles is completely broken. They're missing 20 and 25 lb weights. The 2nd treadmill in from the door feels like it's going to break apart when you put in at a low 3 walking speed. The last morning I was there, the water machine was out of water in the gym. It's not a water machine that connects to a water line like the rest of the hotels I've visited the past few years, but rather, one that has a removable bottle in it. They called to have it replaced ... but within 30 minutes I gave up waiting. One last thing: "Andre" from the hotel sent text messages to me each day, asking how our stay was going. I actually replied to one of the texts a couple days in and attached photos -- never heard back! And after we checked out early on Saturday, I got another text about check out procedure for Sunday ... which let me know it was automated and no-one was actually sending them personally. I used to stay here often pre-Covid, but I must say, this place has gone downhill and is really dirty. I can not stay here again until this place gets a major renovation. There are many other hotels in the area that are better kept and have more amenities.

Hotel staff TOP NOTCH! Hotel room SUPER CLEAN! Hotel breakfast TASTY AND CONVENIENT! Hotel bed COZY AND DREAMY! Hotel overall PERFECT! We came on a bus full of 8th graders and the staff was beyond accommodating to our group. We can't thank them enough for such a great experience!

Natacha took care of our family very well. She is hard working and passionate about her work. We were there for two days and she was there for more than 12hrs shift as she was giving coverage to her colleagues, after long hours of shift she was still smiling, greeting and talking politely with all customers. Hats off to her dedication to work. I also want to mention Abdul for his hospitality and warm welcome upon our arrival to the hotel. There was an issue with the room and he immediately took care of the issue. Thank you, Abdul.

Very disappointed with this "4-star" hotel. The trash receptacles in the parking lot and in front of the hotel were running over-- even 3-4 hours after we returned from dinner, our "just cleaned" room had a stale, unpleasant stench, the carpet was soiled and torn, there was a very concerning hole in the window framework under the curtains, and our room was not ready at check in time. Note: We were given free breakfast, and a 1-hour extended check out for the inconvenience of a late check in.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating! Natacha, the front office manager always goes above and beyond! She checks in throughout my stay and just has a wonderful personality. Bartolo, the banquet manager is also exceptional. They hotel serves a really nice breakfast and has a great location with quick access for travel.
