Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh West Homestead/Waterfront

Checking in was pleasant and easy. The view of the river from the room was really beautiful. The lobby was comfy and inviting as a place to lounge or work. There were tables and outlets suited for anything needed. We stayed 2 nights to see a show at the comedy club and had no trouble walking there and back. It felt really safe. We didn’t eat breakfast there but it was available. There were other places so close by. A really nice stay.

Great hotel, and location. The rooms were clean, and the staff was phenomenal. Morning breakfast was great with good choices. the lady working the evening bar was very friendly. Nothing bad to say about this hotel. I very much so enjoyed my trip. Will be back.

Questeq's annual company picnic was held at Kennywood Park and we had many out-of-town guests stay at this hotel. We couldn't have been more pleased with the management, staff and amenities! All the guests raved about the cleanliness of the rooms, ease of check-in and the friendliness of the staff. The location to Kennywood park and in the heart of Pittsburgh's Waterfront with many restaurants, stores and activities added to the highlight of their stay. Highly recommend!

Room was ok, needs updating, shower had some mildew, forgot some clothing articles, which according to several calls to management were never turned in by housekeeping, We have stayed there several times in the past, but doubt we will in the future.

It is July 2024, we have been here since May 2024. We are here for my husband‘s job. All of the staff here are extremely accommodating, professional, warm, welcoming, always have a smile on their faces, they greet you ,they go above and beyond the call of duty. I applaud them all, and I hope they get the recognition they all deserve. If they can’t do it or find something they will find someone that can. All of them are extremely efficient and proficient in their positions. The hotel is clean and I feel safe here. The surrounding area is very convenient with lots of shopping and restaurants. Close enough to walk to. Tons of options. The Sandcastle, it’s a waterpark is here. Also, if you have children to entertain. And Kennywood is close by as well. The bike path along the river is beautiful and convenient. The beds are comfortable. The view of the river from our balcony is gorgeous. They do have a bistro down In the lobby area. It is open for breakfast and dinner. They do have a bar. They also have free coffee in the morning. All in all, it has been an enjoyable experience staying in this hotel. I would recommend this hotel,If you are visiting this area. I would definitely come back to this hotel if in the area again. Again kudos to all of the employees! U make this hotel what is it!! Fantastic!!!

We work with the Courtyard Pittsburgh West Homestead/Waterfront frequently. Our business uses this hotel for our employees and they love it. Their group sales rep - Larry Broderick - is the absolute best! He always responds and helps even at odd hours. That means a lot when you are working with multiple hotels. They really go above and beyond.

the Courtyard by Marriot staff were amazing, they were great to deal with and will deal with them many more times .... In dealign with large groups of people. and also coming up with rooms at the shortest of notice.. everyone was very accommodating and easy to work with.
