Das Hotel, das wir in der Regel für eine jährliche Konferenz in verblieben, war diese Zeit nicht verfügbar. Ich hatte ein bisschen Zeit mit der Forschung verbracht und auf Grundlage von Kriterien, die mir wichtig beschlossen, auf Best Western in West Covina. Ich war nicht viel zu erwarten, und war wirklich beeindruckt von der Sauberkeit, Ruhe und Freundlichkeit des Personals. Ich würde sicher noch einmal hier bleiben, vor allem wenn alle Covid-Protokolle weggehen und wir die Jacuzzi nutzen und ein besseres Frühstück haben.

Insgesamt ist Ctrip sicherlich viel günstiger als die IHG-App, aber man kann keine Punkte sammeln. Bei der Reservierung gilt es dennoch vorher zu planen und zu vergleichen, welche Plattform einen günstigeren Buchungspreis hat.

Visited for a 3 night stay and was very pleased. Front desk extremely nice and was able to arrange rooms next to each other for our two families. We walked in with pizza one night and she kindly offered us plates and napkins. Breakfast is a really nice setup - plenty to choose from and I was so impressed with how hard they worked to keep it clean. All of the staff went above and beyond, kudos to this hotel! Right off interstate and several food options nearby. Thanks for the great experience!

Arrived at the hotel late at night and accidentally left my sneakers in the lobby. My husband went downstairs about 5 hours later to find them and ask the front desk girl, Janelle, if she had seen any sneakers. She said yes she did but she doesn’t know where they are. He asked if she put them in the lost and found and she said that it wasn’t her job to do that and that she wouldn’t touch those things. He asked why she didn’t call us after we checked in so we could come grab them. She responded that we were the ones that left them and it wasn’t her responsibility. I finally met him I’m the lobby and he told me about her bizarre behavior. I looked in the trash cans. I went outside and doing my shoes in the dirt behind a bush. I brought them into the hotel and showed her my shoes. I asked her why she would throw them in the dirt. At first she denied it then responded with I didn’t have time to deal with shoes. I told her her customer service was horrible and that she was lazy. She looked at me and said YOU ARE UGLY. I was shocked and speechless. We returned to the room and called down to talk to a manager. (Shock, no manager on duty for the whole weekend). The same girl, Janelle, said we were harassing her and she would call the cops to have us escorted off property. WHAT???? I called corporate and they took a report but never returned my call the rest of the weekend. I guess a bunch of rude, incompetent children are running this hotel and no management around to keep them in line.

The unit is located about 2 minutes drive from the center of West Covina City, one of the major Chinese community in Southern California. Most major attractions are within 30 minutes driving distance. We rent out the entire unit consisting of 2 bed rooms, 1 family room, 1 toilet, 1 kitchen,1 roofed parking and a big garden. Owner staying next unit can provide tourist information and transportation service easily.

Die Dame vor mir belastete $25 Einlagen, kam ins Zimmer und der TV und ac waren nicht arbeiten. Hat jemand dort aufgegangen und repariert es nur, um es wieder aus. Anfrage um eine Erstattung und wurde verweigert. Es wurde gesagt, nur die $25 Einlage wäre zurückerstattet. Es ist eine Familie, die dieses Inn laufen, so unprofessionell und unheilbar. Ein Mann im Vordergrund kam sogar aus Barfoot. Bitte bleiben Sie nicht hier, Sie erhalten keine Erstattung und sie sind schlecht, mit Menschen zu sprechen.

Für die Zwischenübernachtung nach unserer Ankunft am Flughafen LAX auf dem Weg nach Las Vegas hatten wir uns dieses Motel ausgesucht. Die verkehrstechnisch gute Lage ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Die Zimmer sind groß und funktionell eingerichtet. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Parkplatz ist groß.

Gute Lage, in der Nähe von Highspeed. Es liegt in der Nähe des Einkaufszentrums und die umliegenden Restaurants sind ebenfalls gut. Alle sind zu Fuß erreichbar und sehr praktisch. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Badezimmer war groß und die Umgebung war recht ruhig. Allgemeine Zufriedenheit.
