Das Hotel beim Aufenthalt hat Ihnen helfen, in ein großes Geschäftszimmer zu überarbeiten, die Früchte zu übergeben, und als Sie aus dem Zimmer verlassen, sah die Rezeption Miss Nice Tan ein Kind, nahm sie kleinen Kuchen und Windschuhe für die Kinder, die Kinder waren sehr glücklich, danke Nice Tan. Die Betten im Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und die erste Wahl! Das Hotel ist sehr nahe der Landschaftszone von Liu, 10 Minuten zu Fuß, nach dem Abendessen zu gehen ist sehr gut.

Starting with hotel is good and locations is close to airport with shuttle transport! Clean and good customer service. Food is terrible 😫 We booked a table for 2 and ordered salad and came with bacon then they replaced the salad for a salad without bacon but arrive WITH BACON bits.... i don't eat pork and they deliberately send one with bacon again. Burger was really small which a 3 years old kids will finish 3 of these Burgers!. On the breakfast there was no labels on the food so you don't know what you eating and u have just to leave upset with no eating g anything I paid for! Spa ... Been told swimming pool and jym available 24/7. Went to the swimming pool at 10.30 they said is closed. Not just that they said is close for tomorrow too. Very unhappy with the 5 stars hotel they don't provide 5 stars service!

Helpful and very courteous staff overall. Good amenities incl. a very spacious swimming pool. I stayed in one of the main towers, well kept rooms and good amenities. A view from the window showed the villas -the pools were dead dry and villas not painted (probably up for a renovation?) Breakfast was simple enough with decent choices , however could be expanded to include further western cuisine Attended a wedding at the venue. There the service of the staff were miserable. I had to keep a watch on my shoulders that they don’t drop the dishes on my shoulder. On one occasion the whole fruit bowl landed on top of the plate with desserts with the dessert still on them.
