這次入住的酒店整體體驗還可以，但對於一個一晚房間收費超過 2000 元的酒店來説，所提供的服務似乎並沒有達到應有的水平。儘管如此，酒店工作人員的服務態度值得稱讚，他們熱情周到，始終面帶微笑，能夠及時迴應住客的需求，為整個入住過程增添了很多温暖和便利。 酒店整體環境非常好，周圍環境優美，空氣清新，特別適合放鬆身心，躺在大陽台或前台看日出日落非常治癒。酒店距離賽里木湖僅需一個半小時車程，而且可以選擇走國道，不必從博樂走高速。走國道的沿途風景非常迷人，為旅途增添了不少樂趣。 不過，酒店也有幾個需要改進的地方： 1. 硬件設施問題： 酒店房間：房間沒有空調。雖然當地日夜温差較大，但對於頂樓房間來説，白天的長期日照讓房間非常悶熱。酒店目前僅提供風扇或建議開窗通風降温，但這並不能很好地解決問題。對於入住的客人來説，在即將到來的七月等高温季節，房間温度如果沒有空調將難以忍受。而夜晚開陽台門通風，客人可能會擔心蟲子或其他小動物進入房間，感到不安全。關閉陽台門後僅靠風扇降温，實際效果也不理想。建議酒店增設空調，尤其是針對頂樓房間，以提升住客的舒適度和入住體驗。 温泉的spa 房間：幾個房間都有嚴重的下水道味道，而且房間設計上沒讓人感覺是spa的温柔和放鬆，有些房間工作人員就直接躺在裏面。 2. 餐飲問題：酒店的餐飲服務需要進一步優化。 - 酒店本身的餐廳：酒店餐廳需要一個好廚子。如果酒店希望吸引更多來自南方、港澳台或國外的客人，餐品的質量和口味是非常重要的一環。同時，酒店可以考慮增加送餐到房間的服務，以提供更個性化和便利的用餐體驗。 - 温泉的自助餐：温泉區提供的自助餐質量較差。預製菜品水平偏低，比如炸雞塊裏面並不是純雞肉，而炸雞腿也裹着厚厚的麪漿，口味非常一般。這種低質量的產品讓人難以滿意。酒店應考慮提高温泉自助餐的預製菜水平，或者適當調高自助餐收費，以在成本與質量之間找到更好的平衡點。如果繼續維持目前的低價低質模式，客人無法享受到與價格相符的高質量餐飲體驗，反而會對酒店的整體服務印象造成負面影響。其實温泉縣靠着大山大自然，食材上非常新鮮，可酒店卻沒好好的利用當地食材。 儘管如此，周邊區域允許叫外賣，為住客提供了更多選擇，也在一定程度上彌補了酒店餐飲的不足。 總的來説，這家酒店在環境和位置上表現出色，工作人員的服務也令人滿意。但在硬件設施和餐飲服務方面，仍有一些改進空間。對於一家收費超過 2000 元的酒店來説，住客對服務品質抱有較高的期待。如果這些問題能夠得到有效解決，相信酒店會為住客提供更加優質的入住體驗。

適合講究人和帶孩子的家庭，當時不住在賽里木湖景區絕對是最明智的選擇！民宿所在的温泉縣，離賽里木湖北門80公里，是個寧靜的邊陲小縣城，開車5分鐘就逛完了，但是非常乾淨安全，如果説全中國新疆最安全、那麼温泉縣可能是全新疆最安全的！冬暖夏涼，氣候宜人，畢竟全國能叫”温泉”的沒幾個地方吧民宿在博格達爾村裡麪，這個村寨是古代的邊防驛站（網上搜尋詳細的歷史介紹）建設得非常好，夜裡12點可以在村寨裏散步溜達看月亮（背離主幹道的路燈就能看星星）民宿裝修得很好，實木傢俱，床很舒服，被褥滿滿太陽曬透的香味，整個環境太適合睡覺了，掉根針下來都嫌吵那種。民宿自備的大廚房，可以任意點菜、衹要有都能做，什麼口味都行。吃喝不愁。如果要在賽里木湖的行程裏住宿，這裏絕對是首選！如果要來新疆享受真正的閑散安逸（海拔不高、冬暖夏涼，適合所有吃不了苦的人）不用去人擠人每天感受一天裏的春夏秋冬，這裏一定是不二之選！
