Despite being a kitchenette you have to pay for a set of cooking pans, set of dishes (per person). Our refrigerator had condensation or some other problem so there was. As puddle of water inside it every day. The hair dryer didn’t work at all despite pushing the reset button; luckily I had my own. Nothing was provided in the bathroom except for one bar of soap—-no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, makeup wipes, Kleenex. We had bath towels and washcloth but no hand towels. Instructions said to take your own trash outside but on the day we checked out the trash bins were overflowing and no trash removed. I do have to say the king bed was comfortable. The hotel was in a good location with restaurants and shopping nearby. But NEVER AGAIN will I stay there when even the basic provisions were not included. You had to pay extra if you wanted to change out your towels before their designated schedule. I wouldn’t be surprised if next time you had to buy or bring your own toilet paper!!!!! Very disappointed in this place

I expected more of Cleanliness since pets are allowed on the property. Plus the refrigerator looked like it was salvaged from the dump from the “dirty markings” Shower drainage was rather slow Good selection of restaurants nearby Overall the whole entire establishment needs an upgrade

Dynasty and staff have been great. Bro is awesome also would definitely highly recommend to friends. They are very courteous and great. It has been a great time and bri for maintenance is top notch. Always willing to help. It has been a pleasure living here

not only my room but my friends rooms are dirty and not cleaned properly it’s like they didn’t even try to clean them let’s just say there was body fluids everywhere which is disgusting to see especially when you just arrived from a long car ride and ready to sleep and relax

I stayed for 2 whole weeks and inly one day I got room service although i was told one per week. Also, although there was kitchenette was available but i was never given any pans or pots so that u could use it. I never use microwave oven because of its negative health impacts but was forced to because you didn’t have pans or pits or you did want to give me. Although the front desk staff told me they were expecting it and will try to arrange for me. But no nothing could be done for 2 weeks. And should I tell you something it was presence of kitchenette that had brought me to your this hotel. Because most of the time I would would be having food outside I only needed to make some coffee in the night and morning and some omelette during the weekends. But thanks to your management, it didn’t happen that way. Also bathroom toiletries were of poor quality. However, the front desk staff themselves were helpful, no issues regarding their behavior or work. The dryer in the laundry room was very dirty.

Love the management & the very outstanding team they have here very respectful, professional, kind, and helpful with anything that’s needed they make sure it’s all handled, definitely will tell others

Great workers especially in the am the two women in the morning shift are very helpful and friendly great communication I’m having a great stay very highly recommend you should stay everyone is helpful

This place is a dump. It smells horrible and the carpet everywhere, especially the halls is nasty and stained. The furniture is really outdated and has a lot of damage. There is a group of people that hang out in the parking lot that like to yell and scream over each over the loud rap music. I’m afraid to leave my car there. I booked this hotel to stay for 2 weeks while I wait to close on my house, but I walked into the room and I just said nope! I tried to get my money back (they charged me a week when I checked in. 🙄) then they wouldn’t give me a refund. I don’t recommend this place to others.

This place is super comfortable and peaceful, the staff is friendly and will get you whatever you need. The place is also very clean and the kitchen is great, we were able to fit lots of food in the refrigerator and freezer being that we were staying for a while. If you’re thinking about staying here DO IT!
