I had woderful stay at this hotel.The staff were friendly and helpful.

Location is fine. Good parking facilities. McDonald's and Tesco Express right outside for convenience. The food options around the hotel seem to close at 11, so when we needed food after a concert at Wembley, we needed to order in. Cleanliness of the hotel is good and the staff were pleasant enough. We travelled down during a heatwave and our air conditioning was broken. I asked for a separate room and I was told that the hotel couldn't accommodate this, and supplied fans as a replacement. The fans were useless, and my room was 32 degrees all night, making sleeping nigh on impossible. I also left an item behind, and it was never turned into lost property, so they've either binned a brand new concert t shirt, or worse, someone has stolen it. Contacting the hotel afterwards has been near impossible.

Stayed here a few times before, convenient and reasonably priced for getting into London, or to Wembley. Disappointed though this time round with no air conditioning working in the room and 30+ degrees temperatures.... 2 adults and a child in a room with a solitary desktop fan - which was supposed to be a substitute for the air conditioning.... Very uncomfortable. I raised it to staff, who seemed to acknowledge we weren't the only ones in this situation. I understand things go wrong from time to time, but multiple issues suggests a lack of investment in repair and maintenance. A shame really as every other stay here has been 5 star.

We stayed for 3 nights while visiting the Harry Potter Studios and attending a theatre show. The hotel was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. We visited during an extremely hot spell, so the air conditioning was a welcome relief after long days out. A great base for our trip, and we'd happily stay here again.

We were greeted by a friendly staff member. The room was clean. I left my walking stick there and the manager sent it back to me after I sent a box and postage to return it to me. The manager went the extra mile.

Omar and Doreen, are always amazingly helpful and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and always remember your favourite drink to start your meal, it makes your visit more like meeting up with friends.

Very friendly team. Omar and Doreen couldn’t have been more helpful. The Location is close to the M1 and now has a newly opened Tesco extra located nearby.

Good experience when we arrived, receptionist and manager were friendly. Room was clean and well presented. The only real issue was with breakfast - pastries were undercooked and the cooked food looked miserable . Mushrooms appeared to be boiled, and the full tray of bacon that was brought out was hideous - especially when I sat down to eat some and found out it was still raw (turned to pulp when pinched). Please ensure your breakfast chef knows how to cook before serving this shameful slop to people that have paid £11 a head for breakfast.
