Super 8 by Wyndham Watertown

Outdated, shower head was at my chest level, Room was clean, price low.

Nasty gross never going to stay there again had to wear your shoes in the room carpet was sticky and dirty the outlet did not work air conditioning did not work right and the bedding felt dirty. Dirt in corner of the walls just plain gross. Felt dirty disgusting there were not spoons to eat cereal with no tongs to get eggs out they were using there hands and they never refilled when empty the same sausage and gravy was put out for the 4 days we stay there never again and that is what I told the front desk. Standing outside with family visiting and they were walking bye ever two minutes watching us you could not understand a word they were saying so I could not understand them never never never again will the 4 rooms we were with will be not staying there again

I looked at the reviews and pictures before booking and it seems the hotel pictures have been enhanced with AI. The whole hotel is dirty. We would have checked into a different hotel if there had been any availability in town. The walls looked like someone had peed on them or thrown something else on them, not only in the bathroom but the main room as well. None of the outlets on the lamps worked so had to unplug them to use any outlets to charge phones or run a cpap. I won't ever be coming back.

Everything was clean, up to par and handled diligently. Could use more continental breakfast options, but that is my only complaint on my stay, and a very mild one at that. Very appreciative of the courteous staff.

Upon entering our room there was trash left behind by the last visitors to the room, the bed sheet wouldn't stay tucked in, the tub / shower switch wouldn't work, and the loud drunks in the hallway were not entertaining.

Nice little stay at the Super 8. Had a decent continental breakfast but not much protein. The hotel has a nice pool and even had life jackets for kids. The location is nice and check-in and checko out was pleasant.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Super 8 in Watertown, SD. The place is well lit at night, has a key card that works by holding the card up to the door versus having to insert or swipe. It was my first experience with this new way and I loved it! I would highly recommend this Super 8!

I would have never found this hotel if not for online booking—for someone new just passing through its not on the main drive. Older hotel but very clean. Had a restful sleep. Staff friendly and helpful. Ran out of breakfast items only low point. I would book again!

Me and my family rented 3 rooms all 3 did not have a working shower. The water wouldn't even turn on in 1 room mold on walls and lamp shades smelt like dirty feet and cigarettes and hot food was cold and old with little options. When I brought up the water issue with staff they only offered to let us use a shower in another room. That was not an exceptable option due to the amount of people we had and scheduled we had along with all of us having to take all of our stuff to this room to shower. I truly can't believe that Wyndham attached thier name to this dive. There are plenty of good hotels in this town spend the little extra to stay in one and avoid this one at all cost unless you have no choice. I would rather sleep in the car and would still have the same amenities.
