Best gym ever seen. there are all types of classes all day long from 7h00 in the morning up to late evening and the spa it is like in a resort. The external swimming pool is outstanding, surrounded by perfect grass. I really believe the fees are well disserve

I have mostly very good things to say about the Mix. My partner and I stayed here for Weekend 1 of Tomorrowland 2024. When we booked though Global Journey we absolutely requested a room with a Bath for obvious reasons (a good hot soak after each day of the festival). Nonetheless when we arrived and were greeted by the TML emissaries, we discovered they had booked us into a room without a bath. As this was not our first Tomorrowland, this was disheartening, knowing how much walking we were about to do. The TML emissaries did their best but came up against a wall between the Hotel admin and Global Journey. Nonetheless, the hotel Staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and we worked it out that the "better" room with the bath was actually barely different than a "regular" room with a bath. Problem solved, and the Hotel Staff switched us to a regular room with a bath with smiles on their faces. To be honest the room was Excellent! The bath tub was an absolute top notch gem that fit us both extremely comfortably. One night they did run out of hot water so we only had a warm bath (after the festival at 3am when everyone was probably doing the same thing). The A/C was also a bit glitchy and though we set it to 18 C it never ever went below 20 C (we like it cold when we sleep, so that was a minor issue.... the imperfect A/C and the bath running out of hot water the one night is the only reason we do not give this hotel 5 stars). The breakfast buffet was quite varied and generous and went until 11am! They also have a fantastic 1st floor food-court called "The Fox" which had so many great foods to choose from that we actually mostly ate there. On top of this they have a decent gym / sauna / indoor swimming pool and an excellent coffee shop just outside that for your morning to afternoon coffee, delicious croissants, and best of all.... protein shakes! Mostly I was simply impressed with how happy and friendly the staff throughout the hotel tended to be. It is located about a 20 minute car ride from Brussels town center, and about 45 minutes from Tomorrowland. Hot Tip: an Uber all the way from the hotel to the Tomorrowland drop-off near Main Gate was only 85 euros! Less than half what we were told, so we did that 2 days so we could sleep in. Share with a few new friends and that's just over 20 euros each for door-to-door service when you feel like heading to the festival whether that's 2pm or 5pm or whenever.

My sisters and I stayed at the Suite Fifty grand vista for a night. The location was great, and the room was spacious and comfortable. We were disappointed by the lack of a welcome card or food gift, and there was only one roll of toilet paper for three people. The shower gel scent was too masculine, and we wished for more soap options. We also felt neglected during our stay as we had to seek out information on our own. The sports and wellness facilities were good, but the Jacuzzi was small considering the hotel's size. The food was tasty with plenty of choices.

1st time in this hotel which I didn’t know and it was great to discover this place….. located in a quite area of Brussels, it’s easy to find and not to far from the city center…. The checkin was fast and friendly, my room was big, very clean and equipped with all what you need to have a great stay…. The restaurant concept is unusual for our region but this idea of a big food court with an amazing choice of different cooking points with different styles is just amazing….. even if it’s in self-service the food was good and tasty and we had a great team evening…. Nothing to add, just book a room and make your own experience, for me, it’s for sure, I will go back there…..

It feels like it’s several totally different businesses in one, like the hotel doesn’t speak to the gym and wellness, it feels very disconnected. The room and the general styling is not my cuppa tea, very industrial, the whole thing feels too much like some cohab and cowork space. What I did like are the cosmetics (bee/propolis) in the room. Also nice that there was a kettle, tea and a good chromecast connecting immediately. The location is subpar as well- not really a place for a wellness hotel. The wellness… very loud music blasting from the speakers as aqua gym lesson takes place. Quite a nice selection of saunas and even a fridgarium how they call it. But then no shower gel in the showers next to saunas (well in the changing rooms ) . Overall, not the most cosy feeling.

I am disappointed with the hotel. The room was not ready for the check-in, the other room I get was not very well cleaned. No water in the room and taxi order by the hotel was 30 minutes late. Overrated hotel for the price with inadequate service level.
