Faithlegg Hotel

The room, spa, jacuzzi and restaurants were excellent! We loved our bartender. Had the best espresso martini I’ve ever tasted! The grounds are beautiful! Our breakfast was very good and the coffee was exceptional! Staff, especially the spa staff, were delightful!

This is a fantastic location for a relaxing break, everything about it is excellent from the food and drink to the unique ambience of the hotel. The staff are excellent in all areas and are most attentive to the needs of the guests. The hotel is only a short distance from Waterford city a grast destination in its own right.

*This was for a wedding which was kept personal and intimate so I do not have pictures to share* On arrival to the Faithlegg grounds, we were met by a simply stunning entryway that built up our hopes for a wonderful day and night away together. We were not disappointed. Once the hotel came into view it was jaw dropping. A beautiful venue for a wedding, for a romantic getaway, for golfers, for some relaxation and even just for dinner and drinks. The car park is very well designed and includes numerous charging bays for Electric vehicles. While checking in we were welcomed with a delicious juice that is made in house. The staff couldn't do enough for us from the get go. The hotel interior is stunning and the lighting is a soft glow that really does give a relaxing and romantic feeling. Couple that with a constant pleasant fragrance throughout the reception area and hallways and you really will feel at ease. The dining options are fantastic and the quality of the food is at the very top. Again the staff couldn't do more when it came to all aspects of service and courtesy. The same goes for the bar and bar staff. A wonderful selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Both food and drinks very reasonably priced. The room we stayed in was very well equipped amenity wise and the level of comfort was immense. Cleanliness was 5 star level across the board. Breakfast was perfect and a really nice touch to cap off our stay. It was A La Carte with a fantastic selection and the most prompt table service and the room had just the most amazing decor. Checkout was also very pleasant with staff again showing great politeness and smiles all round to the point my wife and I were discussing when to go back for a weekend before we had even gotten to the car. For those looking to stay, you won't regret it, and for those looking into places to host a wedding, visit here and you will likely be leaving having found the perfect venue for your big day. Definitely worth visiting.

I have special dietary needs and the wonderful care and attention I got from the catering staff was absolutely amazing. I really, really appreciated the wonderful care and attention. They had been alerted to my dietary needs, and boy, did they deliver!! They knew where I was seated, came and offered me options when taking the orders, and continued to do so during the meal. It was wonderful to be looked after so well. I really enjoyed the meal, which is marvellous for someone with my requirements. A huge thank you Faithlegg.

Faithlegg is a beautiful venue but it's best asset is the amazing staff who work there. At reception we were warmly welcomed. In the bar, we had a great meal, with exceptional service. Breakfast was delicious and again, nothing was too much trouble for the serving team. The weather was too cold to explore the lovely grounds surrounding the hotel but our experience in the hotel was warm and so relaxing. Gorgeous room and super comfy bed. All in all a fantastic stay. We'll done everyone.
