One of the best, if not the best Premier Inns i have ever stayed at. I virtually live them through my work, and regularly take my Wife along with me. Asension and Myself really enjoyed our extended stay here in Washington. We were so impressed with the staff and general condition of the hotel that we even made a YouTube review on our channel (uk-pinay) A massive thankyou to David, Chris, Sharon, Jack, and ALL of the rest of the amazing staff here in the Washington Hotel. They are a real credit to the company, and could not do enough for us and the rest of the guests. They work so hard to ensure that the hotel maintains such a high standard. Clean, comfortable, great breakfasts, etc. Everything that a Premier Inn should be.. And More.. Highly Recommended, Top marks, and well worth the stay.

Easy access from the A1; nice and quiet area; clean & tidy hotel (looked like it may have been recently refurbished?); easy parking; great breakfast cooked to order; PROPER TOASTERS! Very helpful and friendly staff. Would stay there again.

Nice clean friendly hotel in a good location,I've visited many times and always go back. looks like some rooms have been refurbished, food is always good and they is a Toby restaurant just across the road and Champs sports bar 2 minutes away. Highly recommend

We had to stay the night due to no electricity at our home. The rooms was lovely, clean and the beds so comfortable. The reason for this review is mainly the staff, from getting there to leaving they were so polite, helpful and inviting (stayed in many hotels and the staff here were the best I've met) thank you so much for making a stressful day yesterday much nicer

The new premier plus rooms are a vast improvement on the standard rooms. Janice on reception went above and beyond and is a credit to the company. Breakfast was good and freshly cooked. Ample car parking. The only let down was the very poor wifi which could be easily rectified

Great experience! An overnight stop over which excelled! Room upgraded and extremely comfortable. Spotless, lovely bed, all the things you need plus some thoughtful extras made this stay outstanding. Staff are welcoming and friendly and care about their guests. Quiet nights sleep ready for the drive next day.

We stayed at this Premier Inn while dropping our daughter at university since the one in town was full. It exceeded expectations even though I was already expecting the reliable comfort and service usual at Premier Inn. The staff were all lovely, the room was clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast freshly cooked and unlimited. We had a relaxing stay after a long trip and left refreshed for the journey home.

I was pleasantly surprised at my stay at this Premier Inn Newcastle (Washington) especially when I discovered that I was staying in a Premier plus room. The room was a great upgrade, smart, modern and very comfortable. Nice surprise was wireless charging pad next to bed table to charge my phone plus USB charging integrated into the wall sockets. I had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was great and staff so very friendly especially the breakfast staff. Would definitely stay again if travelling to Newcastle or Durham. The hotel is nicely located between Durham and Newcastle, as I was actually going to Durham.

Stayed here for one night as a base for accessing attractions in the area. Great welcome, the room was very clean and tidy. Provided a modern room, plenty of USB charge points provided. Booked the unlimited breakfast, which is eaten on site from 6.30am. Food is cooked to order and you can order again if needs be. Had a fantastic welcome from Sharon, a very pleasant and friendly lady making everyone feel welcome. Breakfast was nice and we loved that it is brought to your table. We would definitely stay here again, convenient for what we wanted in the area.
