Quite a spacious room with easy access to everything. Bathroom was very fancy and clean! Short trip to the bar and restaurant, and everything was more than satisfactory.

We left a new pair of On sneakers there and called the next day. They told us they had them and would ship them, but they never did. We called multiple times and they were completely dishonest about it all 😡

I booked a twin room with my friend for the weekend as we were attending a festival in Warwick. Firstly the good points, it’s clean, it’s in a good location and the price was fair. Bad points, the single beds are very narrow and certainly not your average size and for 2 women if size 12/14 we aren’t on the big size, but these beds are very small. On top of that on one of the beds, there are springs poking up, which makes for a very uncomfortable sleep!! Thin walls, as the man in the next room, with his snoring, felt like he’d joined us in the night! Also the chair has a rip in its arm, which needs to be repaired, as the worry was we would get charged for damage that’s already there, as they kept our card incase of damages. So yes this place has plus points, but the bad points need addressing.

Enjoyed our stay. Lovely clean, comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. The pub had a great atmosphere and the staff were very pleasant. The breakfasts were lovely and the evening meal was great. We had the Beef Wellington which was beautifully cooked.

Great location easy to get to everything . Clean and tidy property , staff friendly and helpful , excellent breakfast . Amenities excellent we had a very pleasant stay and would return in the future. Parking available lots of pubs nearby and great square to sit and have a drink .

Location is very good in the centre of historic Warwick. We had twin beds that were comfortable but they were tiny and we thought we might fall off the beds during the night! For breakfast, we ordered granola and full English. They came together which meant that the cooked food was cold.

I needed somewhere to stay overnight for a business trip, and this venue looked a decent place to stay. On arrival, the staff were welcoming, and the pub looked to be a nice venue. It was disappointing not to have parking, not a massive issue as there was a car park a short walk away. The stairwell leading from the pub to the accommodation, however, left a lot to be desired and left me fearing for what I had let myself in for. It was somewhat reminiscent of a cross-between a 1980s office block and RIgsby's accommodation. Thankfully, the room was an improvement with plenty of space, and the usual tea and coffee facilities. There were, however, some significant issues which would stop me from returning: When I tried to have a bath, I realised after running the water for long enough to fill, that it was almost empty. On checking, the plug sat proud, meaning water was emptying almost as fast as it was filling. The most concerning part was only discovered late in the evening. I had been out for the evening, returning around 11 pm. When I returned, I found the pub to be closed and my key would not fit the lock. Thankfully I could hear someone inside, who eventually heard me banging on the door and window. Heaven knows how I would have got in had I arrived back any later! If there was another way to get in, I wasn't informed when I checked in. I also didn't expect to have to be back by a curfew - I haven't had one of those since childhood! Shortly after I got back, another guest asked if I knew how to get back out again - I don't know if he managed it in the end.

Stayed her to go to a concert at the castle. It was perfect, lovely room. Staff were all very helpful. Perfectly situated for enjoying Warwick Thank you

The room was very clean and spacious. Lovely shower. Comfortable bed. Lots of tea, coffee, water and biscuits provided. Staff were all helpful and polite. Only a few things that let the room down. It was very hot during the night, we opened the window but it didn’t have a safety catch on and it flew wide open. The arm of the chair fell off when we moved it, some wallpaper was peeling away and the shower door didn’t shut fully. These are simple fixes and we would stay again if the price was good as great base and carpark was 5 minutes away.
